has anyone ever had an issue where a pokemon's moves stopped working on them as well? or I guess is anyone else having bad dreams again? Like back in October?

Most are! But some are actually helpful to people. Like hypnosis for people who can't sleep. And things like "sweet scent" for people who need to stay calm in stress.
