I'm sorry to take a moment of your time, but I just wanted to ask--
[Armin holds up the scavenger hunt booklet. It was laying on his pillow when he went up to his room earlier with no sign of how it had gotten there.]
Is this real? It's not... it's not a prank or something, is it? I mean, did everybody receive one?
[Because the whole idea of travelling all over is very appealing to him, but at the same time, he also lives with Zappy and Blue. He's starting to develop trust issues.]

It looks like it might be fun...
[He really needed something to focus on anyway.]
Video
[Unless they learned to teleport to a whole different region and Armin is just going to stop that line of thinking right there because Zappy and Blue are already enough of a menace without reality warping abilities.]
It does look like fun. It's been a while since I last travelled outside of the islands.
Video
[Not sure who those are but he's pretty sure his pokemon would have noticed. They'd been jumpier ever since that weekend. Not that he can blame them.]
Yeah and it'll give me something to do this summer.
[He doesn't mention that the stickers remind him of Mabel, and how he knows she'd love something like this. Because well, he doesn't want to talk about it. Instead he'll throw himself into a scavenger hunt. It might make the summer easier.]
Finding people shouldn't be too hard.....
Video
[Maybe he can finally see the Safari zone! Or Mt Moon.]
Normally I'd say finding one person in a city could be pretty hard, but some of these sound like they would stand out a lot.

[Jane holds up her book. Weirdly enough, her stickers are very appropriately themed.]
Everyone's usually out and about during this time of year anyway, so...I guess it's worth seeking these folks out. What harm could it do, right?
[Or if it is, then there must be one very dedicated prankster out there.]
It does sound like fun. I suppose even if these offered prizes don't end up being real, there is nothing wrong with doing a bit of travelling during the summer. It's one of the best times to see new places.
[She glances down to flip through the descriptions of the people they're supposed to find.]
There's that, too...and the fact that if all these people are real, that perhaps we haven't been looking as closely at the world as we thought we were. I mean, some things are pretty straightforward oddities, but still...

Take one guess what it is.]
I got one too. It's been a while since I hunted.
[Sasha, please swallow your SNACK before you speak.]

I think just finding the people is probably enough, Sasha.
[Please do not hunt down people. Armin doesn't think he has enough bail money for that.]
» video
[Don't you have any faith in her, Coconut boy?]
It's a hunt and I'm a hunter. I'm just saying I know how to find animals, so finding people can't be that much harder, can it?

[Kazuki holds his booklet up in front of the camera as evidence.]
It's kinda funny-- whoever wrote it made it sound like we're the Pokemon, not the other way around.

They sound really interested in us. I wonder if they also have something to do with us being here.

I got the same thing. If it's a prank, then I need to redo Blue's training schedule.
[Because this looks elaborate for one of their Pokemon's pranks.]
video;
Well, it seems that everybody in every region got one of these. So I guess they are off the hook. This time.

It appears to be legit. While I'm all for a scavenger hunt, I'd rather the time spent organising this had been spent on actually fixing the major problem at hand - bringing people in and sending people home.
[Look, she arrived home from the prom a couple weeks ago, and found Tina and six of Newt's pokemon on her doorstep. She's going through a myriad of emotions right now.]

[A short pause.]
Or perhaps they don't see it as a problem.
Does this help?
Even if that's the case, you would think that someone, or some legendary pokemon, with the ability to deliver thousands of scavenger hunt books instantly may have the means or knowledge of how to reverse the effect. Or know someone who can at least provide some information about what's going on.
You know what? I'm going to do this scavenger hunt just so I can meet the person in charge.
It's also an excellent opportunity to do more research myself - I still need to visit libraries in a few of the other Johto cities, and I haven't even been to Kanto yet to see their literary collections.
Yes! Thank you

Well, in that case... it looks pretty interesting, doesn't it? Even if the prizes don't turn out to be true, this could still be fun to do.
