Johto or Kanto??

Yeah that's a way less weird. There we go. Anyway, so yeah then you've got Johto, which is new and different and full of cool stuff, I assume.

Everywhere here is full of cool stuff. There's pokemon, legendary pokemon, weird stuff sometimes just happens. Plus there's a really neat scavenger hunt going on right now.

I haven't been to Kanto yet, I think a lot of people start here since we wake up here. But if you change your mind about Johto, once you get to Goldenrod you can take a train over to Kanto.

Oh for real? There are actual legendary Pokemon here, too? I remember spending forever trying to get those when I was a kid. It was so much fun! Can you do that here?! What about this scavenger hunt? Who's in charge? What are the prizes?

I've never been to Kanto, but Johto is suuuuper fun!
the crappy part is that if you take the ferry right away it kinda wipes out all your money right away
but you can battle and earn it back on the ride over probably!!

I'd recommend going to Kanto, but as I live in Celadon my opinion might not be the most unbiased.

That said, remaining in Johto in less expensive and the 'traditional' path, as far as this world is concerned. For a long time, it was even the only path available to us.
