I guess it could be worse. Childhood games coming true is cool, all things considered. Less chance of me getting killed, that's always good. And nostalgia, cute animals...

But seriously, I could have done with a warning.

welcome to the world of pokemon, i guess. you're not the first person to mention this being a childhood game for you, but if that's the case then you'll be coming into this with a little more knowledge than some of us at least

think so. a lot of people seem really confused when they first wake up here. you're only the second person i've spoken to who knew what a pokemon was before getting here. might be others though, i haven't been here all that long

What was the last world you were dragged to like?

Oh, I was in my home world when I was put here. My trips to a different world were supposed to be over, but hey...!

As for the other place I went to, it was a world filled with fog and monsters. Both the monsters and world itself could respond to the thoughts of the people in it.

Out of the punches the universe could throw, I'd say winding up in Pokemon world is kind of like a soft caress. You're not expecting it, but it's pretty great.

I know what you mean about nostalgia, though. This whole place reminds me of a game that was really popular when I was younger. [Then again, she never played much of it, being more into figure skating than video games. Yuuri was always more of a gamer than her.]

Only one sequel? From what I've seen back home, they still seem fairly popular...though I haven't really had time to play the games myself. [What with managing a skating rink and being a wife and a mom and all.]

Good taste, if you ask me. Not that Johto's bad, but so many people don't even bother crossing over. Sucks, too, 'cause I'm pretty sure Johto doesn't have water parks or movie studios.

A water park, huh? And here I thought Safari Zone was still the main attraction. I'll have to look into that.

Funny story. The Safari Zone's actually down in Cianwood City now- in Johto.

But yeah, Cerulean's got water parks and an aquarium. Pewter's got its museum. Fuchsia's the entertainment capital, at least for TV and movies.
