I've a question for those of you who battle seriously, and take on the Gym challenges.

[Lust is relaxing in a quaint little cafe in Pewter, an Ekans partially draped over her shoulders.]

How do you determine your team compositions? Which types do you put together, what do you consider the most 'well rounded' sort of teams? Which specific Pokemon do you consider essential to any serious trainer starting their tour of the Gyms?

And if you've a theme to your own teams...how did you choose it?

Oh yes, I imagine it goes without saying that those not interested in battling aren't sent into battle. Or I would it would anyhow.

I'm sure that's all that matters, it doesn't sound as though you're aiming specifically to beat Gym challenges.

Oh, no, I would never send a Pokemon in that didn't want to fight. But some seem more eager than others to be out there.

Honestly, I had no intention of partaking in any battles but... some of my Pokemon got a little over-exuberant back when Krieg started and, well...

Here we are.

I try and encourage mine to enjoy it, unless they simply have no interest.

A few of the Gym badges are worth getting. The one for flight, for example.

From the sounds of it, we will be getting back on the road soon enough. I'll have to get my team motivated once again.

Where are you, currently, anyway? It has been far too long since we've seen one another.

It's often easier when traveling.

We're in Pewter at the moment, but I'll be heading back to Goldenrod in a week or two for the fall holiday season.

Perhaps we will cross paths then. I know we are making our way to Kanto soon enough. And if I recall, this is a holiday you rather enjoy, isn't it? It would be a shame to not have a moment to celebrate it?

Yes, I've always a great deal to do for Halloween. Though...this year it may be different, without Joker. But I have the radio show, and decorating, and the circus is still functional, and of course Wrath...

But then I'll be coming back to Kanto to resume the Gym challenges here.

This year has taken a lot from us all, hasn't it? [Her own disappearance notwithstanding.] It seems you'll be quite busy then. Will you need any assistance?

If not, and if we do not see each other during the holiday, we are certain to find one another on the road!

I'll let you know when I've arrived in Goldenrod. Though I must confess, this time of year, I'm more partial to cocoa and a fresh pastry. I know a little cafe that does a decadent cocoa.
