[Hello, world of Pokemon! It's your local cheerful reaper, all smiles and energy as usual for her. She seems to have dressed up for the occasion in a perfectly normal-looking light purple kimono with a simple cloudy pattern across it. Until one gets to the obi around her waist and realizes it's covered in little ghost Pokemon and also has a Mimikyu charm hanging off of it.

At least the cookies she's presenting look normal, though they are also slightly spooky.]

October is upon us, everybody! It's time to show appreciation to your local ghosts and have a little fun with tricks and treats! We're only just getting started over at Honeyed Soul, so if you're 'round the Goldenrod area please do pop in for a visit, we always like seeing people!

[Who's "we" exactly? Probably the Mimikyu in the foreground with a green ribbon tied around its neck, the various Phantump floating around in the background, and the Sylveon already nicking some cookies for himself to eat. Might be safe to say this lady has company indeed.]

For everyone that's new: hiya! I'm Botan, resident ghost lady and Pokemon breeder--I happen to run a sweets shop on the side, so if you were interested in work or wanted a sampler, I'm always free to chat! I can also chat with your Pokemon if that's needed, though I should hope it's not if you're getting along well!

Sure, and you know people--we tend to get in ruts like "being positive is just setting yourself up for disappointment" or it's being naive. But life is short, you know? It's such a short but precious thing and if you're caught up in your ways or don't take a chance on the "what if" it's not much of a life. I've been there before, believe it or not, there was a time in my life I didn't even want to make friends! It was just, you know, easier than taking that risk.

[It may be a lot of words, but Elsa is listening to all of them. It's a refreshing breath of positive energy that she hasn't felt since Anna disappeared. Maybe she strayed too far from how Anna would want her to be.]

I think I've been in that kind of rut this entire time. But you know what? I'm starting to feel like I can pull myself out of it. Especially with Ford going off to the Elite 4, I should- I should do something for myself!

I'm going to start packing as we speak. Then I can head over to the warp panels- and be careful not to get sick like Ford did once. [That's a funny in hindsight story and less in-the-moment.]

I'm working on my October menu for the shop, so there's plenty to go 'round even for your Pokemon!

Try to keep your feet flat on the ground and find a spot on the ceiling to focus on, after that get some water, that should help with any dizziness after taking the panels.

[She didn't ask, but she appreciates it. She hasn't quite found a good way to manage the unfortunate aspects of teleporting, so this is good to try. As they talk, Elsa's going to set to packing so that she can head out ASAP.]

Thank you for the advice, I'll have to try it! I've never been sick, but it never feels pleasant either. How is the weather in Goldenrod right now? I'm over in Kanto.
