[Good morning, Network. Here we have an image of a kitchen in the Sevii Islands. Early morning, to be precise. And it looks like the resident Dorito is prepared for an announcement, sitting at the kitchen table, a mug of coffee sitting in front of him.]

[He takes a deep breath.]

I haven't been traveling in a long... long time. I think I gave it up for a while. So -- all things considered?

[Shiro ducks his head, intending to curl his hands around his coffee mug -- ] I'm going --

[His hands go right though the mug. Through the coffee. Like it's not even there at all. He stops speaking. Looks down. And tries again.]

[Several times. Each more flustered than the last. To no avail. It's as if the mug no longer exists. There's a muttered curse, and he makes to lean back in his chair -- only to go falling backward through the chair.]

[Silence.]

Haunter-!!

[The video ends there.]

[Angel's seen a lot of things in her time in the Pokemon world. Yet somehow, some way, things seem to keep surprising her. She'd fully intended to listen to Shiro talk about his coming travels, but instead finds herself startled when his hands -- and then body -- simply phase through his surroundings.]

Shiro? [Her voice raises in volume, a note of urgency underlying her tone.] Shiro, are you alright?

[Says the man from off-screen. A Gengar sort of materializes out of the cabinets nearby, looking down in concern.]

Well... [She leans forward, as if shifting her own positioning might help her check on Shiro. She looks a little sheepish when she realizes what she's doing.]

I am still able to hold my 'Gear in place so... perhaps better than you, if nothing else? [A beat.] Do you need some help?

Great. I'm... glad this is an isolated incident.

[Despite the tone, part of him is glad Angel at least, doesn't have to go through this. For a variety of reasons.]

[Matt didn't even realize there was an announcement being made. He was just coming home (a a bit too late, as he was tying some things up, and walked sluggishly into the kitchen just as Shiro falls through the chair.]

Shiro! What's... what's going on?

[Mimi hovers in, her Spheal costume fluttering, as she worries. Oh, no. oh no. this isn't good.]

[He's currently on the floor. Supported by Haunter to keep from... you know. Phasing all the way through into the basement.]

[When he speaks up again, he just sounds defeated.]

I guess I'm intangible now.

[Out of reflex, he moves to drag his hands down his face but. Well. That goes about as well as you'd expect.]

[Only to sag a little. In place. He tries to reach back, with the same result.]

Haunter doesn't think so. So there's that, at least.
