[He's in the front hall of his house, and to demonstrate his point, he pushes the camera up to have a good view out the window that looks out in front of the front door, where this woman is patiently standing on the other side.

He then sits back down on a chair he's pulled up in front of the door, because why would he open the door for this woman. It's not like there's a Clefairy at another windowsill giving her a suspicious death glare or anything. His hand goes to his temple, to rub at his eyes a little.]

A few years ago, I dunno if anybody's still around who remembers, but I asked around, what it's like to have a family, 'cause I thought I'd never had one. Heh, wouldn't you know, they were closer than I could've ever imagined my whole life. And I couldn't know.

...How do you deal with that? Suddenly learning that everything you've thought your whole life was a lie, and someone you thought didn't exist was actually always there, just out of sight?

[He shakes his head.]

[And this is where he turns off the feed. Gee, though, he said 'we'. Could Sion be having trouble too...?]

*the ghost looks, well, perhaps a bit perplexed. It's a ghost, so most of those things don't mean much to it anyway, and it's not really grasping the concept of talking to Sion at an unspecified later time*

I mean, it's up to you. But if you want to get him to open up about this, you'll need to work at it for a while. You won't get anywhere trying to do it all at once. He's stubborn like that.

...Tell you what. I'm gonna let him settle down a bit longer, but I'll ask him about it later, okay? Try and get him to open up about it over wine or something.

[yeah Sion is practically alcohol-immune, but the ghost doesn't know that, right?]

But approaching him your way is just gonna close him off more. If you approached him in almost any other way, I bet he'd take it better.
