Geez, this place really is big...

[The video starts off on a view of Goldenrod City. Nothing really specific, just the buildings and everything.]

Relatively and all. The closest thing to a city I've been for a while before coming here was just like... a crappy little spaceport. Not a whole lot going on there. No offense to that place or anything, but it wasn't really much of a city, you know?

...Also less pits in the middle of this place. That's always a plus.

[Now the feed shifts over to 'Jack's' face, as he moves the gear. Video still feels awkward to him, but... well, it is a popular option on here, might as well get used to it. As per usual, his Ditto's chilling on his shoulder.]

But uh, I dunno. Guess I'm in Goldenrod now. Woo. [He's not exactly excited, sadly. But he's keeping his voice even. It's all cool. Yep.] Lots of people here, I've been told? So I don't know, if you know a lot about this place, I'd like to hear about it? Any places of interest, whatever.

...Bars would be nice to know about. Getting the feeling I'll be seeing those a bunch. Just... Just a feeling.

Walter wasn't really looking for Tim. After the 'incident' in the breaking hours of the morning, he had gathered his Pokemon and walked around the city to think. He hadn't intended for Henry to know he was here, not so soon. He had planned to watch over him, keep an eye on him from a distance before making a decision on how to approach the Receiver of Wisdom.

As such he wasn't paying attention to his surroundings very well, nor his Pokemon. Doll, his Shuppet, happily floated beside him, enjoying the rolls of frustration that only she could pick up from her trainer's aura.

Goldenrod seriously is a big place. And yeah, he's gotta get to Jack, but of course his boss wants him to run an errand first. An errand he's trying very hard not to think about. The important thing here is that it means he has to find where he's gotta go and that's... easier said than done.

So he barely even notices when he walks right towards someone. It's only thanks to his Ditto tapping his shoulder with one of its little arms that he stops. So he doesn't quite run into Walter.

He does, however, come face to face with that Shuppet. "Gah!" The shriek is out there before he can stop it, but holy shit that wasn't exactly what he wanted to see right now. Ghost Pokemon, man... "Uh... I... Geez, s-sorry..."

Walter did not like being screamed in the face, especially when he was doing nothing worthy of being screamed at. He immediately flinched back, as Doll delighted in this turn of events and cackled, sticking her tongue out at the stranger.

Walter gave him a placid look before spotting the gooey Pokemon on his shoulder. Strange. He moved out of the way, to let the pair of them pass him.

Furthermore, she knows Jack to be a man who has his bearings in order and even if he didn't, would find a way to get the information he wanted without sounding so... out of place?
