Genetically, the 'me' that's filling this out has always been human, but a lot of my selves, as discreet individuals, were never human at all. Accordingly, I'd exceeded any possible bounds of 'human' by any definition other than my personal DNA years ago.

Wow. I don't know how to answer that. What a bad fucking question.

Do ghosts that are only tangible in another dimension that's generally only accessible to the living when asleep count as tangible or intangible? Dream bubble ghosts aside, everyone and everything is mostly tangible, at least as pertains to me. The only genuinely intangible being was also me, although I'll admit that fluctuated based on circumstance.

At this point I'm just entirely filling this out based on my Ultimate self, aren't I? It's a lot faster to list what none of my splinters ever did have, which is

hi dr spengler! i am honestly not sure whether or not it counts as supernatural if it is probably just science that is too complicated for me to understand? like, i have met a lot of ghosts but they were all game constructs........but they were also still actually dead people brought back to life, so you can see why it is kind of complicated?

anyway, my name is john egbert and i am going to number the questions to keep track of them.

1. it depends on what you mean by non human. i am technically human, i have been to the doctor and they never noticed anything weird, but i am actually made from ectobiological experiments put in place by the game that made my universe? and also i am a god now i guess. i honestly wouldn't be surprised if you found weird game construct stuff looking at my dna when i'm at home.

2. it depends on if you're including ufology or not because i guess aliens started talking to me over a decade ago on the old messenger i used to use? but i guess my first encounter with monsters and ghosts and junk was on my 13th birthday when i started playing SBURB and everything has pretty much been paranormal since then.

3. usually tangible but the ghosts could be intangible if they felt like it: nanna left so much slime all over the walls...

4. oh yeah, i was friends with one alien who could use mind control. she put me to sleep a couple of times, i think, but she couldn't do more than that, i think? not on humans, anyway. man, and i guess another friend of mine has something like esp? i don't know what it means to be a seer of mind, exactly. she's an alien too, though. i think a bunch of aliens where they are from have mind powers for some reason.

The only intangible beings I've met were digital holograms, not magical ones.

I don't think any of the Princesses has psychic powers, but Horde Prime - he's an alien, I never determined what species he is, had a ship full of clones that he was able to telepathically connect with and was able to perform a kind of possession that involved his mental presence completely taking over the host body, but I'm fairly certain this was actually a technologically based phenomena as opposed to magic or.

My hair! And I have a friend now, he had senses and physical capacities WELL above the human standard that he says are gone as well.

I'm not sure what my aura is, but if I'm correct in my theory that it's primarily based on a Princess's connection to their Runestone and the element they're able to channel when they establish a connection with it... I don't think I have one. :(

Yes, I hold several doctorates in parapsychology, microbiology, theoretical physics, and computational mathematics.
As the paranormal and supernatural were not proven to exist until my partners and I did independent research, I found it initially difficult to predict what technology would be necessary to contain and capture ghosts, but in the end, it was a matter of turning well-researched theory into practice. And, after obtaining some initial readings from our first spectral encounter, we were able to lock down the exact specifications for our equipment. I'm curious--as magic has such a strong presence in your world, were you able to integrate both magic and technology together?

What you name paranormal is but mundane to my star. While there are more usual beasts like wolves or chocobos, it is not so uncommon to run into creatures of frightening powers. Spirits, zombies, voidsent—even monsters more arcane in origin, some of which have been created through fervent prayer and sacrifice. Mine is a star fraught with danger. One would find themselves lucky to never been exposed to, as you call it, the paranormal.

As stated above, these creatures vary greatly, fitting both qualifiers.

We of Garlemald are an incredibly durable race, possessed of a third eye that allows us perfect spacial recognition in all directions. This affords us extraordinary combat prowess, as well as an unparalleled ability to perceive the world around us. Making us rather skilled engineers and tinkerers, for our eye allows us to see that which more ordinary eyes cannot. However, while my star is one where magic is quite commonplace, my people sorely lack in such talents. Making up the gulf by strength, ingenuity, and technology.

It is my field of study. I am a doctor of parapsychology, among other things. My line of work is specifically in the capture and containment of ghosts, specters, spirits, and other similar paranormal beings. However, the paranormal had not been proven to exist in a way that was seen as a legitimate form of scientific study before my partners and I were able to successfully capture and contain a ghost.

What is paranormal?

In the general sense, it is something defined as not being able to be explained through 'traditional' scientific measures, such as biology or physics--paranormal, as in 'not normal'.

In my terms, they are anything that fall within the realm of the supernatural or parapsychology. Ghosts and spirits, werewolves and vampires, creatures that have been defined as 'monsters' and otherwise dismissed to not be real--at least, in my dimension. I realize that the idea of the supernatural or paranormal may not be the same between dimensions.
