[The Pokegear doesn't show anything but a view of the sky. But off screen, the sounds of a woman crying can be heard.]

No... no... change me back! I don't want this!

[By all means, she should be happy that she's here - alive and safe - but she's been through a lot in the past few hours. Giving her a human form is just insult to injury, and she's horrified by her new body.

This isn't what she wanted. She wanted to go home.]

[Willow seldom checks the network, but upon seeing, or rather hearing the crying, it hits her with a strong wave of familiarity. She knows that pain all too well, not being her true form anymore and instead stuck with this one. When she speaks, her voice is calm, tones of understanding and relatability in it.]

You too? We... we all are turned into this when we arrive if we were not human before this. I myself did not want to be stuck like this either. Pray, tell me what it was you were before this?

[She shakes her head with a soft sigh, keeping herself as calm and calming as possible, as if she were talking around a lost child in crisis.]

The answer to that, I know not. 'Tis a cruel fate we are all damned to I fear, for us who are not human but made to be, that is. Others accept it with glee, while the rest of us anguish over it.

You were a fish? Your... home... The water, I take it?

I... am not sure on death. I know I was not dead in the moments leading into my arrival to this place. Perhaps it is different for you, in which you have my deepest condolences as this must feel as if you were in some horrible afterlife.

The ocean you say? If it would ease your mind, would you care to tell me what it was like there, in your ocean?

[Maybe talking about the ocean would help, she could even give some information of her own home.]
