[There’s a flicker after the camera starts, someone’s palm passing over the lens as a person who still hasn’t quite gotten used to handling the Gear tries to get it oriented. It settles on Millennial Tree Cookie’s face, perhaps familiar to some, though his long hair is finally braided back rather than completely loose.
He’s just using one hand to hold the Gear (still at a somewhat awkward distance), the other clutching a pair of cards, the design of which may be all too familiar to many viewers.]
I understand some Paliens have been distributing… notes such as these. I could not begin to guess who the thoughts conveyed here came from, so this seemed… the most efficient way to answer the questions therein. And… perhaps this information will hold some interest for others, as well.
To whoever may have wondered, ah… how sentient Cookies eat and drink-- [No hint on his face that he might understand how bizarre that may sound to people who haven’t gotten that particular bit of context already. He just smiles somewhat fondly, like a parent remembering a young child’s antics.] --the answer is, enthusiastically. And they are at little risk of dissolution from fluids, unless they are submerged.
As for… [He shuffles the cards, briefly, frowning down at them with some worry for a moment.] ...Demons. I cannot say I am particularly familiar with such beings, but… [That frown is gone as quickly as it appeared, replaced with a gentle smile.] I am not typically inclined toward hate. And I cannot imagine that one with such concerns as you expressed would be the exception.
That is… all I have to say, unless anyone would like to say or ask anything more.
[And, after a moment of searching for the right button, the video ends.]
