[ Yuzu was no stranger to exercise. She poured so much of her efforts into becoming a Pro Action Duelist back home, and exercise is right alongside that. She could confidently say that she was more active than the average person, and she'd been practicing acrobatics since she was old enough to do so.

But this? This was something else. This was fending mostly for herself, in the wild, with nothing but what "Mom" put in her backpack.

To be honest? She's not sure how to feel about "Mom" anyway. Well, it's not like she has a mother of her own to compare her to, but she's pretty sure a mother wouldn't shove their child out the door like that... and tell them to do this.

At the very least, she's not dead, the trip to Cherrygrove ended before she could actually collapse... and the spa she found next to the Inn was heavenly after her first case of traveling through the wilderness for three days. Well, she's at least learned a bit through experience, so once she sets off again... it'll hopefully be less rough on the poor girl. It shouldn't take long until she gets used to traveling, at least.

Still, while she's sitting outside while her Eevee (affectionately named Aria) plays with the Bounsweet (affectionately named Diva) she caught on her way here... which was of course followed with a brief period of panic at seeing the small fruit(?) get sucked into the ball, but she's at least figured the pokeballs out now. Anyways, back on topic, now that she's at Cherrygrove... she should probably try and use her Poke-Gear now. It has some kind of public network, right?

The camera comes on from the wrong side, showing the area in front of Yuzu rather than facing Yuzu herself. At the very least, the first thing seen in the video is the very cute sight of an Eevee rolling around in the sand with a Bounsweet. ]

Is this... oh—oops...!

[ The camera promptly switches to the one facing Yuzu, showing the image of the young, pink-haired, and honestly still confused girl. ]

Hello! Um... I'll assume this is working... uh, hi! I'm Yuzu, and... I sort of woke up here? I mean, waking up in a different world is nothing new to me, but this place is so... different, even by my standards...

[ Crap, she's rambling. Normally she's more put-together than this, but... ]

B-Basically my point here is... is anyone else here like that? Is this like, a normal thing or something?

[ I mean, she did meet Ochako... who seemed to be in a similar situation. Still, she'd like input from more than just one other person. ]

A lot of us on the network are like that, to be honest. We wake up and then Mother Dearest kicks us out into the world, and we just make a life here. How well you handle it depends, I guess.

[ Well, one plus now is that she’s definitely not alone in this situation. Still, it’s not exactly uplifting to hear that this entire network is mostly people like that.

Sometimes people can visit their home in, uh... kind of like a dream, almost? It happened to me just a couple weeks ago. But otherwise, there's no telling when you come or go. I don't know if it's any comfort for you, but beyond those visits, time stops for your home though- and when you get back, things continue as normal.

Traveling to different worlds-- we call them planes, where I come from-- isn't something unheard of, but this is my first time doing it. And usually when someone is traveling to another plane, they do it on purpose, not by accident.

Huh... where I'm from, there were just four different dimensions that I got flung around a lot. This place is super different from all of them, though...

[ For one, no dueling. Heck, she doesn't even have her Duel Disk. Well, actually, the Pokemon Battles were kind of like duels... but still, there's a stark difference no matter how you look at it. ]

[ Monster-collecting anime... I mean, sure there were definitely shows like that back home, but she was more concerned with having ended up in yet another completely new dimension... one that was vastly different from the other four she knows about.

Plus, she did run into someone... and both of them seemed to be on completely different wavelengths when it came to certain terms that they both thought should be common knowledge, so... ]

No I ran into someone... I got kicked out by "Mom" a little while after they did. I get that they come from a different world or dimension than where I come from, but... I just wanted to see if there were more people like that.

[ She's still pretty unsure about the whole idea... but it makes sense that people might not have all the answers she wanted. Heck, she wonders if she'll even manage to get any answers anytime soon... ]

[It's been several days since Ochako also arrived in this world. While she too had been extremely confused, panicked even for a variety of reasons, eventually she sort of just...came to terms with a lot of it. Not everything, but most things. At the very least, traveling on foot for her wasn't nearly a big deal. Ochako is extremely physically fit - she's a hero trainee, after all, she has to be - and learning basic survival skills is just...another basic thing she was taught. Camping out, pitching a tent, starting a fire, cooking the small amount of rations her 'mom' gave to her...it was nothing.

Hell, Ochako barely realized the passing of time at some points, until she made it to Cherrygrove herself. She and Yuzu haven't met up - probably because Ochako goes back to Route 29 and even dips into Route 30 here and there to train her little Cleffa - who she's finally decided to call Parfait, but...man this message is a lot. Yuzu is so clearly not used to any of this, and it shows. She's half tempted to meet up with the girl, just to provide her with some company - the two did sort of hit it off rather well when they both arrived, and then went their own ways. Maybe that wasn't the best idea?]

Hi, Yuzu-chan. Ehehe...I'm pretty sure you know my answer to your question already. Um...a-anyway, I did manage to get in touch with quite a few of my friends!! I'm not traveling with them, but... [She clears her throat.] Were you able to find anyone you know? Um...I-I mean, are you doing okay?

[ Well, even though they'd parted ways, Yuzu still considered Ochako a friend now. Still, it was an understandable choice. Yuzu felt like marching to the beat of her own drum herself. Maybe the idea of this 'pokemon journey' thing caught onto her more than she realized? Who knows.

Still, she's happy to see Ochako's face, and happier to find out that she found some of her friends... but her expression turs downcast when she asks if Yuzu had any luck herself.

Because... she hadn't. She hasn't found anybody. Yuya, Gongenzaka, Sora... heck, she would've settled for anybody familiar, but she didn't find a single one. ]

No, I haven't... I might be alone here...

[Much the same, Ochako wanted to experience this world on her own two feet. She wanted to learn, to live, and to grow with her own skill and her own strength. It's why she didn't allow herself to travel with the boys when she got in touch with them, or allow herself to ask, or even be talked into it. She and Yuzu seem the independent types, though Ochako has the luxury of having her friends at least be available to talk to when she does need them. She knows that, if she called for help, any one of them would race over as fast as possible (yes, even Bakugou).

Yuzu doesn't have that, and Ochako's smile fizzles in a puff of smoke, looking apologetic and a bit grim. Oof, she didn't mean to rub salt in the wound there, friend.]

I-I'm sorry, Yuzu-chan... There's, um...th-there is the possibility of someone showing after you, l-like I did with my friends, but... [Is that really something to hope for?]

[ Yeah, it honestly kind of hurt, thinking that she was yet again in a completely new dimension or something without a single familiar face to be found. At least whenever this happened last time, there was someone. When she ended up in the Synchro Dimension, Yugo was with her, and Yugo had Yuya's face. When she ended up in the Fusion Dimension, she ended up finding Yuya's dad of all people. ]

I guess... b-but it's fine! I can handle myself on my own!

[ Maybe it wasn't exactly good that she could say this, but... she's used to this. ]

There's no need to worry! I-I'll be fine! And you're right, they might show up after me, so I'll just make sure I'm able to help them out if they do!

[ The positives... she'll just focus on that, even if she has to think of them on the spot. This is nothing new, so she won't let it get her down. Or at least... she'll do her best not to let it show. ]

[Ochako is quiet a second or two, and while she gets what Yuzu is saying - being able to handle herself on her own - she can also hear the quiver in the young girl's voice, and how she looked when Ochako stupidly brought up that she was still without anyone or anything truly familiar to her. Even being strong, or brave, or capable...it can get difficult when you're by yourself. When there's no one to support you, or reassure you, or push you forward and congratulate your efforts and victories. Everyone needs someone to talk to, to rely on. Friends, family, loved ones...being together is important.

Ochako takes in a breath, then exhales slowly. Right.]

I'm not worried. You're a very strong and brave person, Yuzu-chan. But you know, if you're ever feeling lonely or sad...you have my number now. You can reach out to me to talk, or I'll try to do my best to come to you.

[Ochako may not have her quirk, may not be a hero in this world without them, but...she can still be someone else's hero when they need her. She doesn't need a quirk, or a costume, or anything fancy for that.]

[ Oh, wow, text... maybe she didn't need to use the video function when she made this post. Well, you learn something new every day... which is going to be increasingly true for a while as she adjusts to this place. ]

Well, at least I'm far from alone in this place...

Yeah, actually. It was mostly on accident and not because I wanted to... and it actually caused a lot of problems, but I've been teleported to a different dimension twice already.

[ Which is already more than enough, thanks... except now you can make it three times, since she's here now. ]

Though all the other dimensions I've been in didn't have Pokemon and they still had some similarities to each other. This place is... really different, though.

Oh wow, twice? I went to a weird mystical dimension once, and it was a lot of goats and goat stuff. Not really like my home at all, but at least it was just the one time like that.

But yeah! This place is a whole different kind of weird than anything I've seen before, so I get where you're coming from.

In comparison, I guess getting kicked out into the world by a lady calling herself my mom is better.
