Some of my pokemon seem to have laid eggs recently. I do not have enough space to care for all of them.

I believe that it is common for trainers to sell their excess eggs. If that is the case, then I would be willing to part with mine for a reasonable fee.

Hold up, the Bombie was already going after Uncle Scrooge when he locked it away. And he'd been going after someone else before that!

I mean, sure, my uncle lacked humility, but he got there. And the Bombie's free now! That's thanks to me.

[Although... If Scrooge had been humble in the first place, if Louie himself hadn't been a poor excuse for a billionaire-- These are things he knows matter, but it's easier to admit them to himself than to someone who, he's realizing, he really barely knows anything real about.]

I have fought what you would consider monsters before I arrived here, too. I could tell you about those, if you would like.

I do not know how to describe it.

I had duties to perform, so I performed them. This was the only thing that mattered. I did not know many other people, and they did not know me in turn.

It is very different here.

What kind of duties?

Defending humanity from hostile beings known as Angels was my purpose. I had other duties if my Commanders required them of me. These were often related to the primary mission.

Wait. So you were some kind of soldier? But you're a kid. I mean, I'm not even sure you're older than I am.

Yes. These statements were not considered contradictory.
