IC Intro [Action/Text]
Who: Yuya + Open
Where: New Bark Town
When: Nov 7th
Summary: Another teenager stumbles into Johto, and he's having a time with it.
Rating: PG
[Newbie Bark Town]

[Yuya was, at first, sleeping peacefully in bed. He wasn't in bed five minutes ago, but he is now and hasn't really considered that wearing his clothes and shoes in there isn't normal. A woman's voice telling him he needs to get up while he smashes his face into the pillow is normal, and it takes him a minute to stir and turn his head to face... a room?
This not his bed. This is not his room. That is not his mom.
A long, startled scream pours out the window.
Anyway, Yuya books it out of there as soon as he manages to untangle himself from the sheets and dodge around this lady, who is still not his mom. He's been kidnapped! His actual mom is probably worried!
Once he's out the door, absently grabbing the backpack sitting by the exit, he has one plan of action: figure out where the hell he is.
He heaves a heavy breath.] Okay, where... am I? And how did I get here?
[2]
[Once he works out the basics, he's not really in a rush to head down the path ahead. He has the sense, at least, to poke around his Pokegear until he can pull up a map. When he can't zoom out enough to see more than the surrounding cities he lets out a frustrated groan and drops it back into his bag.
He fishes around until his fingers finds the pokeball, and he turns it over in his hands before clicking what he assumes is the activation button. It sure activates something, and he jumps back as a light shoots out and materializes into a yamper.
It sniffs the ground, padding in a circle around the grass.] A dog?

im sakaki yuya [If this is someone who knows about the dimensions... they must have seen that whole duel that went down vs Reiji, and a bunch of the other lancers, right? Well, either they'll know him by name or they won't.]
sorry i had so many questions i didnt think about introducing myself
[text] and then [video]
YUYA!?
[ She immediately switches to video, a very frantic-looking familiar face appearing onscreen. ]
YUYA!??
[ Again, but with her own voice this time. ]
Let him press buttons until he switches on the video.] Yuzu?!
no subject
[
And then they yell each others name for the next hour, yes.]Y-You're here!? Aah...!
[ And here come the waterworks. She's doing her best to hold it back, but her eyes are definitely watering. Something she tries to fix by wiping her face but to no avail. ]
no subject
[And he wants to know why she's here too, but first he needs to find her.] Where are you? I'll come get you!
no subject
A-Ah, no, I'll come get you! I'm pretty far from where you are, but I can get to you faster...
[ But... Gongenzaka...
Yikes, her boys really just... came at the same time in completely different places, huh? Both of them are in bad situations as well! Truth be told, as easy as the Route to Cherrygrove is now, it was still hard for Yuzu when she first started heading out.
So to be frank, she fully expects him to get lost.
She's got a lot to explain, to both of them... ]
You're in New Bark Town, right? You've probably got a lot of questions...
[ She wants to tackle him to the ground and never let go, to be honest... but unfortunately impossible right now, and even if she dashed off right now it'd still take a good few hours for her to get to him. ]
no subject
But Yuzu has to have questions too, right? It's dawning on him... maybe she's had a much better explanation than he has.] Where are you?
no subject
[ She lets out a sigh. She didn't expect herself to end up in this scenario twice in one day... ]
It'll take a while on foot, but I can warp over to Cherrygrove and then fly over with my Pokemon in a few hours. [ She's choosing to omit the fact she'll probably lose her lunch because of consecutive warping. ] There's a lot to explain... can you wait until I get to you?
no subject
I can wait here. I'll be outside on a bench near the edge of town. [And if it takes more than a few hours... well, he saw a sleeping bag in here.]
no subject
[ So, after apologizing profusely to Gongenzaka... she's on her way. She'll have to grab Yuya and meet back up with Gongenzaka, hoping that he'll be alright. Still, Gon has always been reliable, and he's got a good head on his shoulders... whereas Yuya is a disaster, Yuzu wants to reunite with him, and she's reasonably worried about him.
Plus, Soprano will have an easier time carrying both her and Yuya, rather than carrying Yuzu and Gongenzaka instead. Sorry, Gon. ]
no subject
Yuya's watching with mild amusement, Pokegear in hand, until the sound of Yuzu's approach gets him to look up.
Oh, she really meant fly.]
no subject
Yuya doesn't need to know she sacrificed her last meal for his sake. It's fine. ]
Yuya!!
[ In she flies, having flown for about 3 hours on Soprano the Altaria after arriving at Cherrygrove. Yes, Yuya, she's riding a fluffy clowd bird... look at how majestic she is.
...or at least until she gets close enough to the ground that she leaps off, starts running, and...
Tackles him to the ground. Truly, how unfortunate that Yuya can't take Yuzu's tackle-hugs without falling down. ]
no subject
He barely keeps a grip on the Pokegear as his arms shoot around her on instinct, but they're still tipping backwards over the bench. It's fine, he'll just break her fall with himself.] Oof!
... Yuzu?
no subject
Yuya...!
[ It was so much easier to keep control of her emotions when she was talking to him on the Pokegear... but seeing him in person again as she flew closer...
She tightens her grip on him, not enough to the point that it's too tight, but he'll be able to feel her hands clench the back of his shirt.
She missed him. God she missed him. She hated how she kept getting torn away from him right when they finally reunite. Even if that was only from her perspective... ]
no subject
Hey. [His expression twists in a crooked smile.] How's the flight?
no subject
Aha... dummy...
[ She squeezes him a little again, resting her head on him. ]
I missed you...
no subject
He smile slips off his face a little, his brow furrowing as he looks up at the sky.] You... said you've been here a while?
[He's not quite sure what that means. They had just seen each other before he woke up a dimension away.]
no subject
Ah, yeah...
[ She looks down a little. ]
Um, what's the last thing you remember? Before you ended up here?
no subject
no subject
[ She bites her lip... she may as well rip off the band-aid, right? ]
Yuya, I... I arrived in this world a good few months ago. When I woke up, the last thing I remembered was you beating Reiji and bringing me back home. Then... suddenly I was here.
no subject
But it has to be true, However little sense it makes. It makes all the little things come together, that she's spent some time in this world.
She's been here alone, for months. They had just made it home, and in the end he still couldn't stop her from getting whisked away again.
His hands reach out again, to pull her into a gentler embrace.] Sorry I took so long to get here.
no subject
She leans into it again, not as desperately as before, where she basically pushed him down... but just glad to have him hold her like this again. ]
Heh, took you long enough...
[ She says with a light joking tone. ]
Thanks...
no subject
... Oh, yeah. Yuya straightens.] That's right! Gongenzaka's here too, but in another city.
[Chased down by criminals but he doesn't need to worry Yuzu with that.] We were going to meet up.
no subject
[ But it also meant that Gon couldn't come along, and that they couldn't use it going back. ]
Come on. We can't warp because you're not able to yet, but I can fly us there! It'll be way faster than going on foot.
[ She says, getting up and pausing to yawn for a moment as Soprano trotted over. Say hello to the cloud bird, Yuya! ]
no subject
He follows her to stand, covering his mouth before her yawn can infect him too (its not very successful).] So--Soprano is a Pokemon?
[He looks between her and the yamper, chewing on his backpack strap.]
