A word of caution

Be immensely careful

Should you ingest a concoction known as a pumpkin spiced latte

Why? Is there something wrong with it?

[ Fluttershy didn't really mind pumpkin spiced lattes, and would drink one occasionally. But if there is a problem with it, it's best to know now so she doesn't get one in the future. ]

Steal your energy?

[ She'd never heard of pumpkin spice lattes doing that before. Unless there was something different about the ones in this world? But they wouldn't sell something if it was so dangerous, would they.

...Unless... ]

Oh wait. Was the latte very sweet?

[ Okay, she might have an idea of what is going on. ]

They usually are. But if there was a lot of sugar in it, you might just be experiencing a sugar crash.

A sugar crash. It happens when someone ingests a lot of sugar. They get a spike in energy pretty quickly, but then it peters out just as fast.

I guess it's your first time really consuming that much sugar?

It's okay. Sugar crashes can hit pretty hard, especially if you don't normally have that much sugar.

I think you'd be okay to keep drinking pumpkin spice lattes if you really wanted to. Just be careful about how much sugar you're having.

Well, I suppose it can seem that way if you're not used to it. But I'm not sure it's really any different from, say, taking care of the Pokemon around here, or even taking care of a car.

Oh. I guess it might be for someone who is more used to it. But it's probably more difficult for someone like me, who isn't as familiar with it.

Kind of like how you're not as familiar with a human body.

[ She laughs to herself, and is a little glad that this is just over text. ] That's very true.

You're very welcome. I'm glad I could help somehow.
