[The hell? How'd he end up here when he'd fallen asleep after texting Iwaizumi something stupid and getting called loserkawa again and told to go back to bed. Tooru is all levels of confused when the woman he knows isn't his mother is shooing him off out of the house that definitely isn't his.

After the confusing things are out of the way and he's told how the 'gear works, he immediately takes to whatever social media outlet would handle his whining. Not the maturest of things to do, but he's determined to get Iwaizumi's attention somehow if he's out there and there's no better way to get it than being a pest to him.]

Iwa-chan are you out there at all? This is one hell of a dream and it looks like it's one of the things that some of the Seijoh kids play.

[The camera points down to the Shinx next to him, looking a bit grouchy.]

Maybe I could just call you Iwa-chan, you look grumpy like him!

[The Shinx lets out a noise only described as a grumble, which only makes Tooru laugh and think the name even more perfect. He's going to keep the name, which he was joking about before to get the real Iwaizumi to come yelling at him for it, but now it's just too fitting. The camera points back to Tooru, whose cheeks are puffed out in a small pout.]

But if anyone's seen Iwa-chan-- Iwaizumi, let him know his best friend, Oikawa, is looking for him.

What makes you say this is a kidnapping and not a dream? A little extreme don't you think, to jump to that conclusion.

[Don't mind him, laughing at the assumption even though this weirdo is probably right.]

Can you really judge what is extreme or not when you've been here for what, five minutes?

Immediately panicking about being kidnapped and making a fool of yourself when no one is being hostile is what's extreme here.

[He probably should stress out just a little about this kidnapping he thinks is just a dream, but he's a team captain and used to all sorts of pressures leading a volleyball team.]

I'd say pulling me away from my friends, taking my gun and sword and turning me into a human are all pretty hostile acts.

[Yes, people have brought up the possibility of this being more of a natural phenomenon to Riz, but actually, he prefers to think of it as kidnapping. If it is a kidnapping, then there is a kidnapper, which means there is a singular individual (or group) responsible which Riz can track down and deal with. It's comforting in a deeply paranoid way.]

Okay I can see where you're coming from with being taken away from your friends but... what are you talking about, turning you human? Are you telling me you weren't human already?

[Sorry Riz, where he's from, humans are the only species to walk and talk like this.]

That is generally what is meant by that, yes. And it isn't just me either. Tons of people have been turned into something they are not.

A goblin? You mean those short little green guys that like to harass people in fantasy movies and games, usually the henchmen for the main evil guy?

You seriously just-- [he scoffs] do you wanna talk about how all orcs are dumb and how all tieflings are untrustworthy next? Maybe toss in something about how all werewolves are beasts and humans are always good and pure?

[He has a few of his fellow humans he'd start complaining about if given the chance.]

Are you telling me that those guys are different than what movies show?

Of course. Goblins are just people, after all. There's good goblins and bad goblins and smart ones and dumb ones.

I mean, my mom is a goblin obviously and she is like, the most badass person on the planet.

[If only because Riz's dad, who is also very badass, is technically dead and therefore not on the material plane.]

[He'll just have to take Riz's word for it, and does even if all of this is just Weird.]

All different kinds just like peo-- er, other humans, huh? Maybe the movies and books have you guys written wrong then.

[Though he does chuckle at the "my mom is badass" bit.]

I could say the same about my mom being the most badass, and speaking of moms... That weird lady wasn't her. Is she in on this kidnapping business if we really have been?

[He rubs his chin for a moment in thought.]

I mean, if she wasn't, would she be acting like she was? Normal people don't have kids randomly show up at their house and think they are theirs. So she either has to be in on it or she is, you know-- [A momentary gesture, his voice dropping a little softer, kinder] mentally not all there. Which would make the people behind all of this even worse for using a person like that. That's just low.
