[The hell? How'd he end up here when he'd fallen asleep after texting Iwaizumi something stupid and getting called loserkawa again and told to go back to bed. Tooru is all levels of confused when the woman he knows isn't his mother is shooing him off out of the house that definitely isn't his.

After the confusing things are out of the way and he's told how the 'gear works, he immediately takes to whatever social media outlet would handle his whining. Not the maturest of things to do, but he's determined to get Iwaizumi's attention somehow if he's out there and there's no better way to get it than being a pest to him.]

Iwa-chan are you out there at all? This is one hell of a dream and it looks like it's one of the things that some of the Seijoh kids play.

[The camera points down to the Shinx next to him, looking a bit grouchy.]

Maybe I could just call you Iwa-chan, you look grumpy like him!

[The Shinx lets out a noise only described as a grumble, which only makes Tooru laugh and think the name even more perfect. He's going to keep the name, which he was joking about before to get the real Iwaizumi to come yelling at him for it, but now it's just too fitting. The camera points back to Tooru, whose cheeks are puffed out in a small pout.]

But if anyone's seen Iwa-chan-- Iwaizumi, let him know his best friend, Oikawa, is looking for him.

That's good to know. If it was a dream, it's not a bad one. I can think of worse things to happen in a dream.

[An eyebrow raise with the last word. Usually.]

You say "usually", what kinds of not safe things happen outside of that usual safeness?

Well, like bad weather on the road. Or strong wild Pokemon. But if you stick to the routes, wild Pokemon shouldn't be too much of a problem.

And sometimes weird stuff happens.

Besides the wild pokemon, that doesn't sound too different from where I live.

What kind of weird stuff?

Uh...well, sometimes things happen and Pokemon go nuts or extremely powerful Pokemon start effecting things without meaning to....so sometimes there's weird weather. Or swarms of Pokemon.

Or holes opening up in the sky...

That definitely is weird...

[Wait a minute--]

What do you mean, holes opening in the sky?

[Now he's starting to side-eye this place. Weird weather, weird critters, and swarms? He could maybe handle that as he goes, but holes in the sky? That's some sci-fi nonsense right there.]

Well....there was this one time when something went really wrong with a Legendary Pokemon and it kind of tore open holes in the fabric of space and time.

It got fixed, though!

Ripping holes in the fabric of space and time is something you see in science fiction, and you're telling me this is... Normal here?

[Maybe "sounds like home" really isn't the case here after all.]

No, it just happened the one time. Really weird stuff like that doesn't happen too often.

But it can happen.
