An apprentice; specifically a white Zorua. To be quite fair, it was a bit more mild than last time, and this Pokémon seems young.

Not usually; black is the more usual coloring, but this might be a "shiny"--

... Huh. Or... perhaps not. Apparently a shiny Zorua has a warmer black coat with blue markings and red eyes. And no listed regional variants... This one was definitely white, with red, almost wispy markings and yellow eyes. I wonder if it was a new species or... or a new variant, like those Braviary a few weeks ago.
