[ When the feed opens up, it's dark. There seems to be some movement, as well as a rumbling of some kind, but it's hard to tell exactly what's going on. It stays this way for a while, before a familiar voice calls out, slightly muffled. ]

What're you...Hey! That's not food! Spit that out!

[ There's more shaking, more grumbling, before light floods the camera a moment. When it finally does focus, it's on Luisa making a slight face as she looks at the device, which seems to be dripping with something. It goes dark a bit then as she wipes it off, and it's only then that she realizes that her gear is on. ]

Heh, uh...sorry about that. I...got a new Pokemon recently. [ She turns the device to show a Munchlax sitting at a dining table, bobbing his head back and forth as he seems to be waiting for food, and offers a wave when it sees the camera pointed at him. ] This is Mordelón. [ Luisa comes into view so she can be in frame along with the Munchlax, showing a bit of an exasperated expression on her face. ] His name means "nibbler".

[ Mordelón simply grins from his spot at the table. ]

He spent all of last month following me around and taking bites of my food when I wasn't looking, and then running away. All. Month. [ She sighs, but there's a fond little smile on her face regardless. ] I finally managed to convince him to join me so I could at least feed him properly. So here's hoping that'll stop.

[ It's hard to really say, though. ]

Munch!

Yeah, okay! [ She shakes her head, laughing a little. ] Sorry, guys. It's lunchtime, and someone doesn't like to wait.

[Radley grimaces as he realizes the Pokemon tried to eat the Gear. Gross! But ... he is kinda cute....]

Wow, that sounds really maddening. Good luck with him!

[He's not sure about adopting the Munchlax, but if Luisa wants to do that.... He definitely hadn't cared to try adopting the Snorlax that caused trouble for him all month. He'll probably be salty about that a long while.]

Yeah, it was pretty annoying. But I don't think he really meant any harm.

[ The Munchlax just keeps on grinning. ]

Yeah, he probably didn't. He looks kinda cat-like. Kitties do that.

I...guess he does? I don't know if I'd really call him a cat. Though I'm not really sure what I would call him. [ Besides a Munchlax.

Sitting up a bit, Mordelón then waves at the sight of the Eevee. ]

Ah... yes, Munchlax are often like that. Keith has one as well.

Oh yeah? Any tips on the best way to take care of one?

Have a Pokémon with Pay Day, for one... [She's joking... right? RIGHT?] They have very large appetites, and near-constant. And it gets larger when it evolves into Snorlax. They may also try to eat spoiled food and normally inedible objects, if it interests them enough. The good news is that they can digest almost anything safely... but the bad news...

[ Joking or not, Luisa does consider that suggestion a moment. ] I don't think any of my Pokemon know Pay Day yet. But I remember buying it at one of the stores a while ago.

[ Probably a good time to use it. ]

Wow, they eat more? [ That probably makes sense, but that's a lot. ] I don't think I've seen him eat anything inedible before, but I'll keep a better eye on him.

Hopefully you'll be able to teach him what is and isn't food before he eats something too dangerous.

Yeah, that'd be a good idea. This is the first time he's tried to eat something that wasn't food, though, at least from what I've seen. Maybe it's just because I left it on the table.

Maybe, but it's not like everything you'd leave on the table is edible. What about cutlery?

He hasn't tried those yet, I don't think. But I guess I've only just seen him eat food because he was trying to grab something quick before hiding again.

[ So she'll have to keep an eye on him now that he's here to stay. ]

[Mirabel's already in the kitchen, getting out plates for lunch. She sets out a plate just for Mordelón.]

I guess he proved that all last month when he went through our groceries.

[ Luisa laughs, a bit exasperated as she shakes her head. ]

He really does. But I guess that's why the Pokedex calls them the Big Eater Pokemon.

[ Yeah, she's double checked it. ]

It does? Well that makes sense.

[She gives a small laugh.]

Don’t worry about it - nothing you or me could really do about it.

I guess not. Though I wonder why he started following me around in the first place.

[ He'd just turned up one day. Strange. ]

Hopefully it'll be better now that he's eating with us, instead of just sneaking bites here and there.

It's the first time I've seen him eat something that wasn't food. He usually seems to know what he can eat and what he can't.

[ She can only hope this one time was a fluke. ]

Yeah, it would be pretty worrying if he does try that again.

I did saw some Munchlax a few times when I was on the road and they sure do eat a lot for a species so small. Some even tried to sneak away some of my team’s food whenever I am not looking.

Actually, you might have to be careful, [he adds with a small laugh.] If he evolves, it'll be a lot more than a few bites!

Oh yeah, they get pretty big when they evolve, huh? [ She'd taken a look after she'd caught Mordelón to learn more about it. ] But they sleep a lot then, don't they?

Big enough to block an entire route- and I think sleeping and eating is about the only two things they do yeah. Maybe a little more activity if someone's lucky...but they're definitely named 'snorlax' for a reason.

Well! At least you shall know, now, if he is ever falling dreadfully ill. [Dimitri grins just a little bit.] When individuals such as Mordelón stop eating, you know it is quite serious.

[ She laughs a little. ] Yeah, I guess that's true. He kind of reminds me of one of my cousins back home, actually.

[ Though in all fairness, not even Camilo eats that much...maybe. ]

Oh, really? What was your cousin's name? I did not have any back when I was young, nor a particularly large family, so I am always curious to hear more about such a life, if you will forgive the curiosity.
