Yeah, Nylon really likes music. Rotoms can do a neat trick, they can go inside machines and control them. Nylon likes being in a washing machine best, but its next-favorite thing is a radio.

[He pocketed his PokeGear, sitting back some to watch the two Pokemon interact.]

I bet they'd make a lot of nice music together that way. That's Clef's favorite thing to do. [He snickered.] Other than nap, that is.

[Boober chuckles, shaking his head.]

Well, they're not so alike that way. Nylon's always full of energy. Too much so, sometimes, but it's a really friendly li'l guy, if not a bit absent-minded. [An amused snort. More than once, Boober's watched Nylon's antics and been reminded of Wembley. Which...

Boober's small smile grows, as he looks from the pokemon over to Gobo.]

You know what, Gobo? I bet Nylon would be really happy to travel with you and Clef. And if I'm right about that, well, would you like it to be part of your team?

[Whatever he was gonna say was blown out of the water by Boober's offer. Blinking once he glanced over, then again when it all really sank in. Sitting back a little, the awe at the suggestion and the way it touched him was clear on his face.]

Me? Take Nylon? You really mean it...?

Uh-huh. I think Nylon will be even happier and have a lot more fun that way. It already gets along great with Clef, and I can see you two becoming very good friends, as well.

[It's not a light decision, but in a way, it is an easy one. It feels right, doing this. It's not like he won't see Nylon again, after all, but the bouncy, music-loving Rotom really could have so much more than it does with Boober.

And he's not going to point out the comparison to Wembley, because he worries it'll sound foolish or even be a mean reminder that Gobos' best friend isn't actually here, but he cannot imagine the two being any less inseparable than a Doozer and their toolbelt. He puts a hand on Gobo's shoulder and gives it a squeeze.]

[His mouth opens and closes a few times, absolutely shocked at this whole suggestion still. Then he moved, hugging Boober tightly- then quickly sitting back.]

Sorry! Right, you don't like to be touched much. [A weak laugh, but he beams almost immediately after.] But it means a lot to me, it really does! Thank you, Boober! You can bet I'll take great care of Nylon.

Well, it's not always a bad thing. Not with people I'm close to. [Looking over at Nylon, he chuckles softly, then gets to his feet.] I know you will, Gobo. Thank you. I'll go talk to Nylon about it.
