[This time the video opens to a view of what some might recognise as the Bamboo Forest. Riz and Adaine have been travelling to handle some assignments --they are nerds, after all-- but it looks like Riz has run into a little problem.

The little problem hovers cheerfully in front of the camera and jingling the keys hanging from its arms, one of which just happens to be a dorm room key.

Riz himself is not on screen. His hand is though, as he flips off the Klefki.]

Okay, hit me with every idea you've got for getting this thing to give me back my key. I'll take everything into consideration at this point.

[Adaine is probably somewhere off screen laughing as Riz battles with one small key thief.]

Summary: Adaine tries her hand at recreating a traditional elven recipe (with mixed success)

[ Given that they've been in school together before, it just made sense for Adaine and Riz to room together! It takes Adaine no time at all to adjust to dorm life, feeling light and free in this new environment. She's grateful she was able to stock up on a 60 day supply of her anti-anxiety medication before leaving on this trip; it's making adjusting much, much easier.

For the most part, living in the dorms is easy enough. Adaine is friendly to the people she sees around the dorm, and generally a quiet, unassuming neighbor. However, towards mid-April, things take a bit of a turn, when Adaine starts trying to perfect her half-remembered lembas bread recipe for the Calçotada cookout on the 26th. She's seen her parents Unseen Servants bake it a thousand times, but this is her first time trying to bake it herself. In fact, it's her first time trying to bake anything herself. And the results are not exactly pretty.

Anyone nearby Adaine and Riz's room in the dorms will be able to smell a distinct smell of burning wafting from the room, followed soon after by the smoke alarms going off. Anyone coming by to investigate will find Adaine in the room, flinging all the windows open and frantically fanning the room with a towel, trying to disperse the smoke enough to make the alarm stop blaring. ]

I'm sorry! I don't know what I did wrong... The bread should have been fine at 425 for twenty minutes! [ A pause, then something occurs to her. ] Wait, was that 425 Fahrenheit or Celsius?

[ After a few failed baking attempts, Adaine thinks maybe she ought to take some precautions. ]

Does anyone know if these dorm rooms have fire extinguishers in them?

Asking for a friend.

[ Thankfully, with enough practice (and perhaps a little help from a more experienced baker), Adaine is able to recreate a version of lembas bread that's close enough to what she grew up eating as a child in Fallinel. Proud of all her efforts, she brings a dish of them, wrapped in banana leaves and exquisitely plated, to the cookout, and presents them to everyone there to try! ]

This is lembas bread! It's a traditional Elven bread. When made properly, it can satisfy your hunger for days at a time. This version is... perhaps not as potent. But it still tastes pretty close!

Um... So, I seem to have misunderstood the invitation, but... [And her voice got a little shakier at this point.] Are we really going to be here for two whole months?

[The PokeGear opens on a Gobo who looks, well, roughed up would be a good word for it. His clothes are dirty, there's a twig caught on one shoulder and a couple leaves in his hair, and his face has a beginning bruise that's surely going to turn into a full black eye before much longer.

The culprit? A Mankey in the background, swinging around from branch to branch of the trees that line the route Gobo's on. They leap from one and into the bush, scattering a few random Pokemon; the entire time they're gamboling around, they've got one of those mesh-and-khaki sun hats on that is definitely a bit too big for their- head? Theirself.]

So uh, does anyone happen to know what Mankeys like to eat? [A defeated sigh.] Just wonderin'.

[The Mankey pops out of the brush and looks up, seeming to realize they're being filmed now. With a surprised squeak they retreat up into the top of a tree as Gobo turns.]

Wha- Hey! Come back here-!

[Blurred scuffle of getting up, and video cuts.]

[ Don't you love when a new person taps the receiver SO HARD that you can feel it in your brain? Sorry if you scrolled by and spotted Shiki's maiden message, then! When the feed clears, Shiki is a brand new face who appears to be somewhat cozy somewhere inside and out of the rain. ]

One would think that a new world would at least offer them a sunny first day, no?

Greetings. I am Wakana Shiki. I will save any cliches as I am certainly not the first.

Rather than tell me where I am, I would like to know the best places to visit in the region of... [ She pauses, the Ferry ride having been her option. ]

Do you have a must-see spot that I should stop at? I will add it to my list.

And my final question: I must know more about the Bugs here. I have been gifted a bipedal Rhinoceros Beetle who I already adore and I would like to know if there are more Bugs for me to collect. It is of vital importance already in the infancy of this adventure.

Across the Pokémon world, characters may have spotted a falling star last night. Or at least, one would think that's what it was: a naturally occurring phenomenon, rather than a legendary artifact. Specifically, the Reveal Glass fell to earth during a fight among a group of legendaries started by the return of a long-lost family member. But it's probably best to leave them to handle all that themselves, while your characters deal with other consequences.

The Reveal Glass shattered upon impact, and the shards scattered throughout Kanto, Johto, and the Sevii Islands… And made their way into the hearts of your characters. But bleeding isn't the concern here. Instead, the impact will hit when a character first looks into any reflective service. An eerie feeling hits them as they're transported to the Mirror Dimension.

While this realm can be many different things for different characters, one thing is always true: It is a place of honesty, where true selves are revealed. Those struck by a shard will find themselves facing truths they are no longer able to hide, and now must accept. Fortunately enough, even those who haven't been struck will be able to enter the Mirror Dimension during this event via a reflective surface to offer help. By the end of the 29th, things will return to normal. Characters will be back in the usual Pokémon world and their hearts will be rid of the shards, but time is strange in the Mirror Dimension, and the experience may feel like it goes on far longer than a day. Or, maybe that's just the emotional exhaustion.

The Reveal Glass plot is here. You can swing by the event info post for additional details and FAQ, and play out your characters’ enforced therapy on this post. As with most VR events, this plot is entirely optional and your characters don't need to take part at all.

[ The video opens on a very round pig, bouncing glumly on the deck of the ferry boat. A voice comes in, speaking in a posh accent that one might associate with an upper class upbringing. ]

So, I've read what I can about this creature in my Pokedex, and I understand that the pearl balanced atop its head is essential to its well-being... But the Pokedex doesn't say anything about it trying to steal other pearl-shaped objects to wear instead!

[ That's right. This is a pet shaming video. The Spoink frowns, looking appropriately chastised.

Adaine flips the camera around to reveal herself— a blond teen with round glasses perched on her face, wearing a denim jacket that doesn't look suitable for the current weather. ]

Has anyone else experienced this odd behavior? I'd like some tips on how to stop him from chasing down every basketball or melon it sees.

[Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Bo-Katan doesn't care about any holiday about love. So if you're expecting something along those lines you'll be disappointed.

Instead she's just posting a photo to the network.

The picture if of an idyllic beach in the Sevii Islands. And at the center of it, is Mando. Fully decked out in armor and wearing a life jacket over the top of it. He looks utterly ridiculous.

I feel like I've hit some sort of weird dead end with just more and more forms to fill out and it's... [Keith growled under his breath, his temper quickly fraying.] It's stupid. [He was visibly trying to keep his cool while on public video.]

[The feed opens on a Sobble dancing and singing, bundled up in a little Sobble-sized sweater that Ember bought for him. The video plays out for a little bit, and then as the Sobble finally finishes, he plops down looking happy with himself. Ember turns the camera to herself and smiles.]

I didn't think I'd get attached, but he reminds me so much of Wade. I guess he has Wade's spirit in him. I named him Tide - guess I don't have to look for the perfect water type anymore.

Anyway, you're supposed to do a New Years resolution, right? I think mine is to leave Goldenrod and do the gym challenge. Yeah, yeah - leaving in the middle of winter when you're a fire elemental is not the best idea, but I've felt so... stuck lately. I think I need a change. I'm packing up and leaving tomorrow!

Which means... I'm going to miss the next episode of Legit Crime! I'll... have to catch up on it in the next town I'm in. NO ONE SPOIL THE EPISODE FOR ME, OKAY?

[You don't see Astarion immediately. Instead you see a fuzzy newborn Woobat happily squeaking at the screen and kissing it with her little heart nose. She gave the screen a few kisses before returning to Astarion. He looked like he was in some decent hotel. Many keen eyes would see that he decided to be around Goldenrod City for the holidays. There were bags of goodies and decent clothes all neatly hung. Some looked like they were wrapped presents.

[On this cold and icy day, most people would be smart enough to stay inside. But... not everyone unfortunately. Some are just too stubborn to let it stop them, and sometimes things happen as a result.

Anyone paying attention to the network will find an odd video of a Marowak peering into a camera with a Snom sitting on top of her head. She mutters to herself as she tries to get the thing working like she's seen her trainer do many times.

An Eevee can then be heard wailing in the background. Anyone who can understand Pokemon will hear it as: SHE'S DEAD! SHE'S DEAD!

The Marowak sighs and looks towards the source of the cry. SHE'S NOT DEAD. The Pokemon then sets the Pokegear down and walks away, leaving a view of a Lapras in the distance just sitting there in the snow and ice, watching all of the goings on.

The Marowak can be heard in the distance. See? She's not dead. The Eevee's cries die down to pathetic, worried whimpering. After a few moments the Marowak comes back and sets down a very familiar looking helmet for anyone who knows or has ever seen Bo-Katan. She taps the helmet with her bone club and looks into the camera imploringly. Um... help? Please?]

Summary: Ah, Christmas time! A time of joy, family and... commerce?

Like every year, the Goldenrod Christmas Market is opened on December 1st by a Santa (not the Santa, but certainly a Santa) with a merry Ho-Ho-Ho and a jolly tinkle of sleigh bells. And like every year, the stalls are stacked to the brim, overflowing with everything you might wish to buy this Christmas season. Every few stalls, the items make way for hot food and drink -- waffles, hot chocolate, cider, you name it and you can most certainly find it.

Just like last year, you too can open a stall at the Christmas Market. If you've got a special talent for creating things, why not drop by Goldenrod, and see if you can sell your creations for a bit of extra money. Stalls can be rented by the day, the week, or even for the whole month, so even if you've only got a small stash of items (or pokemon eggs or food or whatever) to sell, why not come by and try and make a buck.

The last few hours before dusk sees you all arriving at a large, stately home just outside of Lavender Town.

Unlike previous years, where Halloween had you visiting dilapidated castles, this manor home is in perfect condition. Age hasn't crumbled the walls or worn away the dark roof, but rather it sits on the manor like a heavy, proud crown, a testament to the many long years it has stood here while everything around it changed but it stayed forever the same. Candlelight flickers in its many windows, while it casts a dark shadow against the slowly setting sun. The gravel crunches under your feet as you make it up the long drive and a cold wind chills you to your very bones, even through the layers of whatever costume you've chosen to wear.

Then the manor's large double doors fling up. Two long shadows stretch down across the driveway towards you, light spilling around two silhouettes standing in the opened door, beckoning, inviting. Soy doffs his hat, while Riegfried bows deep, his hare ears nearly brushing the ground.

"Welcome to our Halloween Feast."

People probably heard her over the 'Gear yelling at her "mom" while being kicked out of the house. She's calmed down some now, but she still feels like a coal out of the fireplace here. [The video opens on a hotel room in Olivine City, and a Servine visible behind Hunter, trying very hard to be seen over his shoulder the entire time he's talking, to show off the fancy black, gold, and green vest she's wearing. That's what this whole thing is about, right?]

Um- hi. I'm not sure how to start this really, so here goes. Over the past couple of weeks I've been, well-

[He's interrupted by a trill from the Servine, looking back behind him, then at the PokeGear with a weak laugh.]

-doing that. What she's wearing, I mean. I like to sew, to.. create things, which I guess sounds kinda dumb when I put it like that. So- So I've been altering clothes from shops and stuff to fit different Pokemon.

[And he pulled out another two Pokeballs, his Joltik and his Lopunny. The first is wearing THE TINIEST little shirt, likely remade from a glove but with little buttons all the same; the latter has on a frilly sundress, doing a little twirl after coming out. Servine glares, then steps in front to pose again. Look at HER not anyone else, of course.]

I don't know if I'll ever get good enough to, like. Sell my services, b-but-! If you have anything you want your Pokemon to wear, I could give it a shot? I'm always looking for more projects. And tips! I'm still learning to sew by hand, heh...

[Well, that'd account for the assorted bandages on his fingers.]

Oh! And I guess also, what kind of... other crafts do you like to do with your Pokemon...?
