Is the Pokémon being treated unethically?

Alternatively, did you get stuck with Team Rocket and now you gotta play by their rules?

If the former, go for it. Just don't let the cops catch you.

If the latter... just steal from people who deserve it and see if you can find a way outta that mess.

Not saying you would, but I've known members who weren't there by choice, and they couldn't just hand in a simple resignation.

Leaving the team's tough, so in those cases, they had to try and bend the rules where they could. I think some would just capture rare Pokémon and turn those in instead, which is still giving the team resources, but it's something.

Yeah. The law enforcement's a joke around here.

There used to be an organized group focused on taking on Team Rocket, but it became really tough to maintain. A lot of core members left, and and things just kind of fell to the wayside.

Might not hurt to bring back a similar kind of organization. I think the toughest part back in the day was rotating roster. Since people can leave at the drop of a hat, it means that you can't count on stability and have to make sure there are measures in place in case key members disappear.

I wouldn't say it was higher. It's more that a lot of the founding members just happened to draw the short straws.

And ever since, there just hasn't been as much solid coordination. Probably doesn't help that organizing communications on the network's kinda risky.
