Hypothetically speaking, is it ever okay to steal a pokemon?
Unrelated second question -- what's a better name, Chief or Sarge?

Alternatively, did you get stuck with Team Rocket and now you gotta play by their rules?
If the former, go for it. Just don't let the cops catch you.
If the latter... just steal from people who deserve it and see if you can find a way outta that mess.

Why would I ever play by Team Rocket's rules?

Leaving the team's tough, so in those cases, they had to try and bend the rules where they could. I think some would just capture rare Pokémon and turn those in instead, which is still giving the team resources, but it's something.

There used to be an organized group focused on taking on Team Rocket, but it became really tough to maintain. A lot of core members left, and and things just kind of fell to the wayside.

If it existed once, I'm sure it could be revived. I might know some people who could join.
[He's mostly thinking of himself and Mando. Maybe Bo? They are all very willing to punch a rocket in the face.]

Hey, did people involved in this thing by any chance disappear at higher rates than just regular people?
[Would this sort of thing make them a target or not. Not that Riz is necessarily against that, but he wants to know. It also gives an indication of how much they are being watched by whoever brought them here.]

And ever since, there just hasn't been as much solid coordination. Probably doesn't help that organizing communications on the network's kinda risky.
[Anonymous posts work, sure, but that requires a lot of trust. People can lie. A lot can go wrong.]
