[ Alvin had arrived here not even five minutes ago and already, there's a pack of Skitty harassing him. He likes cats! Really, he does. Except not when they're clawing at his legs and trying to climb into his pockets to look for food. ]

Hey, hey, if you want food--

Nyaaa!

[ He said the magic word. God help him, he said the magic word. There are so many Skitty. They're meowing all at once. Soon, he'll have a complete catastrophe on his hands if he doesn't find food for them quickly...

... And after that, throughout the weekend, Alvin's doing... whatever Alvin does. He makes it look sketchy, even though that's not his intention.

[Oh dear, look at all those cats. And... someone being harassed by the cats? At first that's mildly concerning, but then she sees who the someone in question is. Even if he's dressed differently and has his hair all weird, of course she immediately recognizes him.]

...Alvin?

[And, of course, the little friend she just got back today recognizes him right away as well. Teepo jumps right out of Elize's hold to fly circles around him.]



Wow, Alvin! We didn't know you were so popular with cats! Is it because you're such a fishy guy?

[ Hey, it's Elize! ... Except she looks like she did when he first met her. Huh. What's up with that?

He doesn't even groan at Teepo because he's used to this. ]

Hey there, Princess. Is that the greeting I get, really?

[ He's teasing her, and he's grinning like the asshole he is. ]

[Wow, okay, yeah. He looks different, but he's still the same as ever. Well! Two can play that game, Alvin!]

Hmm... I don't know. Maybe it is.

[And she's all ready to act cool about this. Which might work... if she didn't have Teepo with her.]



Elize has missed you TONS, you know. She's really glad to see you ag-- mphpmmm!

[And that interruption would be a blushing Elize jumping up, grabbing Teepo out of mid-air and holding his mouth shut.]

T-Teepo! Don't tell him!

Aw, don't give ol' Teepo a hard time. He's a lot smarter than people give him credit for.

[ He's totally called you out, Elize, whoops. Alvin watches as his Skitty runs a circle around Elize, rubs against her ankle, then flops over and shows its belly for rubs. ]

I'm guessing you've been here waaaaay longer than a day.

Um, yeah. I've been here for... um... [She has to think about that one for a bit. She'll just... reach down and pet that Skitty while she does.] A little under two months...?

Just Elize, though! I didn't get here until just now!

[guncharge]

[ And the Skitty flails her little legs! A cute girl, giving her pets...! ]

Two months, huh. [ Uh oh. Something's occurring to him. ] All alone?

...Hmhm.

[There's a small nod to go along with that. She has her Pokemon, yeah and that... it counts for something. But they don't talk. And even then, none of her friends from home are here usually.]
