Holy crap, it's still winter?

What the hell is with this planet, the days are over like that but the seasons just hang around.

Oh, and? Goldenrod sucks in the winter. It really does. I just went on a friggin vacation and I'm feeling stir crazy already. I mean, sure, it's great for getting work done, but all work and no play....

So I'm thinking since this reign of frigid cold refuses to loosen its grip, may as well try and find a way to enjoy it! Make it work for me.

[In ways that don't involve leaving people to freeze to death or making cool ice mazes to leave people to die in. It's so hard to have fun around here sometimes.]

I've been reading about these ski resorts in Blackthorn, those sound pretty sweet! Deluxe packages, all the amenities, in room Jacuzzi option, killer slopes, a resort full of employees to wait on me and cater to my every need... why let the snow kick my ass when I can kick snow's ass? Plus it sounds like there's some pretty badass Pokemon up there. Always looking for more of those.

Yeah, I'm booking a stay. Any of my usual crew can come, if you want.

Inexplicably, people do love you. It is something I'm still grappling with. How someone can believe you over a direct testament of your monstrosity is beyond me.

It sounds like you come from a rather different world than many. There, there are four seasons, each lasting approximately three months.

Technically I come from a space station. It's just got a planet under it.

Yeah, yeah, I understand what seasons are. What with being alive and having at least two brain cells. This planet just works different than the one I'm most used to.

I could do with a little bit nicer weather, but I guess it's good for building up the strength of your lungs when you do strenuous activity in the cold.

[ She doesn't particularly care if it does or doesn't, but it's a positive in a sea of negatives, like potential frostbite. She likes her limbs and would prefer to keep all of them intact, if possible. ]

Yeah, I like to do my strenuous activity in a nicely heated gym or the comfort of my own home. Which is a very comfortable home...but I'm thinking it's time for an upgrade soon.

Oh yeah, they got everything here. Except any kinda weapon. There's 0 of those.

Don't remind me about that. I'm not exactly a happy camper to have my things disappear and replaced with toiletries and snacks.

Well, I did visit the North Pole once... or was it the Alps? Well, it was with a bunch of Yetis, but were kinda in a hurry so there wasn't any time for skiing. I've always wanted to give it a try!
