I may follow you at least as far as the Ruins of Alph; I've been meaning to explore them and keep not getting around to it. I also happen to be in Goldenrod at the moment so it would be fairly easy to coordinate.

Of course I am more than willing to offer my Pokemon for battling experience. There is only so many times you can battle a Pidgey or a Ratata before it becomes monotonous.

Oh, no. I have not been in this universe for quite long enough to be at that point yet, though most of my Pokémon are over level fifty and some are approaching one-hundred.

However, should you wish to gain experience quickly, I feel as though it may behoove you to fight Pokémon wildly above the level your team is currently at. Not wild ones, you understand, but willing trainer-owned punching-bags. If your Gible was to fight my Shiinotic, for instance, the disparity in level and its disadvantage as a Dragon type would result in a much greater payoff of experience.

The Shiinotic is the obvious choice but frankly any of them would work well. The real question is which of them will agree to it.
