[Video] backdated to May 29th!
[The scenery rushes by in a blur-- Heather and co are aboard the MAGNET TRAIN, because guess who woke up in Saffron after that weekend? Normally it wouldn't be a big deal-- but for once, Heather actually has obligations. The circus extravaganza is still on for a few more days.]
[But... the convenience had been too tempting to pass up.]
[Heather flashes a grin at the camera once it's on, and wastes no time in spinning it around to reveal...]
Soooo... this is Snitter.
[The Type: Null, roughly large-dog-sized, is hunkered down on the floor, luminescent eyes blinking deep inside the helmet. It's bobbing gently to the rhythm of the train's chugs. Not just the head-- its whole body.]
... They, uh... weren't lyin' when they said these guys had quirks.
Hey, Snitter!
[The chimerical Pokemon's head snaps up, eyes locking onto the camera, but its bobbing doesn't even miss a beat. It's half-cute, half-spooky.]
Do the thing, Snitter.
C'mon!
[It blinks. And bobs. And doesn't do anything else.]
--c'moooon, buddy. You were doing it a second ago.
[Just at that moment, a loud mechanical squeaking can be heard as the hot beverage cart is wheeled past... and apparently 'Snitter' SUPER DOES NOT LIKE THAT NOISE because it stands up so quickly that its legs almost seem to be spring-loaded, and then... runs backwards, directly into the wall of the train and, in its panic, tips right over and slams to the floor so hard that it makes the seats rattle.]
[Heather's tone goes from cajoling to alarmed.]
Whoa!
It's okay, bud, it's okay! Bud--
[The 'Gear is dropped down onto the seat as Heather hastily leaps up to try and assist the mechanically-thrashing creature back upright before it damages something.]

Video;
[Wow, these Nulls sure are... special. It's starting to leave a bad taste in Armin's mouth, to be honest.]
Video;
He just got spooked.
I guess it's not too surprising, this IS his first time on a train... or, anywhere, I guess.
[The Null is partially on the seat with her, its taloned front legs propped up on the cushion-- it's back to its weird, bobbing motions, but while they were calm before, they look a little rattled now. Like an upset owl.]
[She's stroking its shaggy neck distractedly.]
Video;
[Look at that weird bobbing though. It's like a real life pokemon bobble-head or something.]
Does he always do that? The bobbing, I mean?
Video;
[HONESTLY, IF IT WERE JUST THE HEAD, IT ALMOST WOULDN'T BE AS WEIRD. But he gets real into it! This is some full-body bobbing going on!]
Video;
[You can't just drop hip slang like that around this grandpa.]
Do you mean the movements of the train might be making him sick? My friend gets like that on boats.
Video;
--oh, uh, no, I mean he like... gets really into it.
Like when you hear a really jammin' tune on the radio? A good song that just gets your foot tapping?
Video;
I see. So you think he might be moving like this because he's listening to something he likes?
Video;
Yeah-- or at least something he's... I don't know, interested in.
Video;
Maybe he is excited about seeing more of the world? He mustn't have had a chance yet. I suppose it's an unusual way of showing excitement but all of them seem to have really strange... quirks.
Video;
Yeah, that's the... impression I've gotten.
But nothing catastrophic.
So far, anyway.
