[Hm. Looks like it's raining today. Not very hard, mind, but just enough that breaking out an umbrella is a good idea - though perhaps not one as large as what Thida is sporting. The big blue umbrella is large enough to cover three normal sized people easily, so it's a safe bet to say that the small teenage girl on the 'gear feed is completely dry.]
...Still don't like rain.
[She says it with a sidelong glance and a tinge of embarrassed pink to her cheeks.]
Back home...water's not safe. Inklings're ink, so...dissociate in it. Hurts. Rain's scary. Storms're scary. Know I'm okay here, but...[She shakes her head.] Still scared.
[Thida pauses, unsure of her next words, before squeaking and stepping back. A shiny Bounsweet bounces into view briefly, trying to catch a glimpse of what her trainer is holding. At least, judgding by the mud on its tiny feet, you have an idea of why Thida came out in inclement weather that she doesn't like again.]
Uh - 's there stuff - other people're still scared of? Even though they don't gotta be? M-Majo, stop-
[The feed cuts out when the Bounsweet bounces high enough to land right on the Pokegear. Eugh, that's not going to be fun to clean.]

[ He says, as he's sitting inside, his Goomy seeming to frown a little as he says it. ]

Oh. Got real ones at home?

That we do - rather dangerous creatures, who've been at war with us for quite some time. And if they bled the right way on you, you could become one.

[What the heck]
Kinda weird...but...don't think that happens here.

Some form of magic in their blood - from the times before war. But...
I know that. Logically, there's no fear to have of these ones. But is it not the same with water?

[So if you were wondering if she'd melt in the rain, mister "I'm having a heart attack", she won't. In fact, with a bit of hesitance, she sticks her hand out into the showers and lets it get wet for two seconds before showing him.]
See?

[They finally make it to Goldenrod and it's pouring rain.]
Looks like that umbrellas the perfect size though.
[Noctis. That umbrella is huge.]
...I don't really like bugs.
[She spins it a little. You can't see how the rain twirls off from the edges, but it totally does.]
Bugs? How come?
[Seriously, that is a really cool umbrella. It's totally Bean size.]
I've just never been a big fan. They're gross and some of the ones back home are huge.
Re: [Video]
Mm...like...head-size? Or bigger?
Bigger. Like, me size big. Some of the monsters that would pop up all over the place looked like giant wasps.

Maybe you can tan now?
