Around this time of the year, I get nostalgic for some reason.

Mostly because three months ago, there would be a giant world-ending threat happening, and all I got this year was Prom. Which was neat, until things happened.

But around this year, we met a very special girl from a fairy tale world, who I still feel harbors feelings for Miyuki. There was a big battle, Miyuki obtained her first Ultra Mode and the villain was hugged to normal. True story.

In any case, it's summer, it's the end of my vacation now, and I'm going to get back on the trail. I'm headed back to Goldenrod at the moment.

I'm writing this on the ferry now and I'll be boarding the train in a few hours. Till then, regale me with stories of your worlds, I forgot to bring a book with me.

Madoka when I get in, I wanna treat you to ice cream if that's fine. I need to tell you stories.

Ah, I like stories of adventure personally. Something riveting, but also of cool moments that happen all the time.

I know a story about a brave soldier who defeated an evil monster back home. Care to let me regale you with the tale?

[She'll happily take up some of that time giving Yayoi a rundown of the events--at least those she knew--that took place back home after she met Zack Fair for the first time. The names would be changed, though Zack's would stay Zack, and the turk would avoid some of the more..grim details.

But the premise would be the same: Zack found out what the SHINRA corporation was up to and attempted to stop them. Attempted to save the world--and did--along with the life of a young man that he barely knew. All to make sure people got to live to see another day; all in the hopes that he could be a hero.]

...The last time I saw him was in his hometown. [She smiles softly.] I don't think it'll be easy to forget someone like him, though.

[Yayoi nodded, listening to every word. It sounded somewhat familiar, as if she had seen it before, but at the same time, the words rang true of another worlds' tale.]

I would imagine he would be happy to see you, if he could at that. A story like that deserves to be told.

It certainly does. I'm worried that people might forget, back home. That they might not realize how much he gave up to make sure our world survived.

My world is totally lame. Full of fascists and corporate stooges and a corrupt police force that are always at the service of the wealthy.

Thankfully I blew that place and found my way to Pandora! A blood soaked planet of madness and chaos with patches of humanity and genuine good nature underneath it's gritty, punk rock exterior. A planet struggling for breath under the jackboot of corporate greed and manic ego! A planet being turned inside out by a single man and his dream of glory which would bring about an unending nightmare to everyone unfortunate enough to be near him.

But that planet had no idea that a rag tag group of misfits and freaks were arriving at it's frozen ass ready to shoot, zap and SMASH THE SYSTEM until they were free again!

That's quite the set up for a story. Has anyone written it down or is it just passed from word of mouth all the time?

Because something that amazing would be probably something you could market if it ever became a bestseller.

Well see the Adventure is still pretty fresh, it's only been...maybe a year since I arrived on Pandora?

I was originally thinking of telling the story via Echocasts and let it spread over the Echonet like wildfire! Then some big name companies will come begging for the rights to produce my story and HA! I'll laugh in their faces and give it to some cool Indie director who understands the important parts of the story! The gritty realism, the deep anti-corporation messages!

It would probably be best as a uncensored series on one of those hard core adult channels though. Plenty of violence, swearing and some nudity. Not ya know...good sexy nudity but there was some...ugh...nudity.

If it's anything like the Echonet that might be the best way to reach the largest audience, but it might not be the best way to make money off it.

[And money was very important if you wanted to smash the system.]

If anyone tries to take away the rights to my literal life story I will rip out their brain and stick it in a robot that is programmed to serve me butter.

Well what you do there is mail a copy to yourself. And then you'll have it on record you made it first.

I dunno about the robot part though, but it sounds kinda cool.

Wish? As in, made a wish?

I didn't make a wish, except if it wasn't a strong wish to help my friends who were in trouble. They were Precure before I was, just by a couple of days and it's a long story.

It started when I was drawing on the rooftop during lunch one day, and my friends discovered I was good at art. After running away embarrassed, it was the next class of the day and we were nominating people to draw a poster about school cleanliness.

Miyuki volunteered me before I knew it, and being timid and shy back then, it was a real terrifying thing.

Literally exactly what it sounds like. Back home I've got a magical diamond unicorn pony. Her name's Butt Stallion and she's made of organic diamond. She's got two horns. She's awesome.

And super rare.

Bought her from a petting zoo that's all almost extinct animals. I'm the richest guy in the universe, I can do that.

And living with me is way better than having kids poke at you and pull on you and rub their sticky, disgusting little hands all over you. Butt Stallion's a freaking queen, she didn't need that shit.
