Once again, my team has proven that they do not believe in restraint, chastity, and their own trainer's comfort.

[Coming from many trainers, such a dramatic proclamation would be a tad exaggerated. Coming from Cecil, with the video showing a bedroom where every flat and not-so-flat surface is covered in eggs, it might actually be true.]

Would anyone kindly adopt one or more of these children? I'll ask for no more than P1500 for them, and the few species that'll hatch with barely any egg moves can be yours for as little as P500.

[Half his team chooses this moment to brag about their future progeny's talents. Their combined volume makes Cecil wince in pain.]

...It'd be nice if they could all find loving homes soon. I might not be around to care for them in the near future.

[ Rosa, who just happens to be nearby, hears the sudden eruption of Pokemon in a single space. Still a fresh novice in the world of Pokemon meant she couldn't tell the differences easily between excited Pokemon and ones in distress, so their various cries along with knowing what was contained in that room was enough to make her drop whatever task she was doing and rush to their side. ]

Is there something amiss with their young? [ She doesn't quite understand from her position in the doorway since nothing seems to be off save for Cecil being surrounded by his companions. ] Should I call for aid?

[By the time Rosa arrives, Cecil's more thoughtful Pokémon have realized that the Pokégear has been turned off and that their opportunity for baby promotion is over. The others, however, have started an argument about the superiority of their own children.

Cecil, long used to this sort of behavior by now, merely shakes his head at her with both a sigh and a fond smile.]

We'll be fine. All that's amiss, as far as they're concerned, is that the whole world is not already begging for the chance to merely behold one of their eggs. They'll manage to live with the disappointment, I'm sure.

[ It's a lot of noise but not as much as before. Seeing Cecil's smile helps settle her own nerves as she surveys the sight before her. No one is hurt and the eggs have gone unharmed. More importantly, Cecil seems to be in high spirits himself. ]

Would it help ease said disappointment if I were to take care of some? [ She recalls his advice from earlier but... there's a lot here. At least a hundred. Cecil can't possibly find trainers for all of them, can he? ]

An excellent choice. The mother is one of my oldest companions, and her battle capabilities are impressive in many ways.

Eggs are simple enough to care for. You must keep them warm at all times, and take long walk with them every day. This ensures that the Pokémon will hatch safely and in good health. Certain species have an ability, Flame Body, that speeds up the process, but even without that the egg should hatch in a week.

You could spare yourself the trouble by raising only males or females and avoiding Dittos, though that'd be more trouble than it's worth.
