[The video feed starts with a shot of a few (4 to be precise) clearly homemade jars of honey laid neatly on a cloth on some grass. A sleeping Cutiefly and Togepi can be seen at the edge of the frame.

Once he's sure he's shown the main point of the video clearly, the feed cuts back to an awkward looking Izuku.] So... Does anyone near Cherrygrove want some honey? It tastes good, but it's... More than I know what to do with.

I've seen a few of those around the islands. I didn't realize they were so keen on honey.

[Her grin turns into a smile though she does glance back when her Vulpix--Reno is his name--loses his footing and falls off the trunk, hitting the ground.]

...I suppose there are far more terrible gifts you could be getting from him.

[She looks back at her 'gear, smile back as if nothing happened.]

Sadly I'm not anywhere near Cherrygrove or else I would definitely take one.

[He chuckles a bit awkwardly.] Haha, I suppose there are, aren't there?

[Beside her, the Furfrou huffs softly and rolls her eyes before she let's out an annoyed yelp of a bark as the Vulpix suddenly pounces on her from behind, tails flicking and his tongue lolling out.

Cissnei has to fight down a laugh.]

[Oh... That sure looks like the Vulpix is fine. Very friendly too.

... He has an odd feeling about it, though. Something about the way that tongue lolled out and how it was climbing the tree. How do you say something about while remaining polite? Well, he knows the answer of course: you don't. ]

Ah... I'm glad he's ok. [Let's focus on something easier to approach, shall we?] I'm Midoriya Izuku, by the way.

[Oh Cissnei is well aware of how special he is. That's why his name is Reno, after all.

She reaches over to ruffle his ears before pulling him off Shuriken, the Furfrou looking at the Vulpix with burning hatred in her gaze. Reno just grins at her and reaches out to bap her snout.]

I'm Cissnei. It's a pleasure to meet you. Enjoying Johto so far?

[He stops to think about it for a moment before nodding.] Yes, I am. I'm not sure I understand everything yet, but it's an interesting place. Have you been here long, Cissnei?

Interesting is definitely a good word for it.

[Among other choice words.]

I've been here..five months, I believe it's been. Not as long as some but long enough to at least be somewhat settled in.

Five months... [That is a lot, but then again, given their purpose in this place and how life seems to go for those that are trainers, maybe it's not actually that long... It's a weird thought for sure.] It's a little hard to imagine...

[Cissnei's expression melts into something that's a bit more understanding because oh does she know that tone.]

I think we've all felt that way initially. I wish I could say it gets easier to wrap your head around but this place likes to surprise you more often than not.

[There's somewhat of a resigned sigh as he registers what Cissnei said. He supposed he should have expected it, really.] I guess that's what I'll have to count on, then.

[Cissnei smiles as Reno let's out a bark-yip to confirm.]
