Twenty-fourth Sacrament: Otherworld
There's something wrong.
The footage shows...somewhere. It's not clear where it is. The ground is nothing but rugged rock and there seems to be construction in the distance. But the sky is blood red - not the soft orange of a setting sun but a hellish red. Despite it's glow, the world seemed dark. Almost grimy, with strange rust covering the rocks around. The scene was in front of some kind of ruined building, covered in red rust and scorch damage. The usual background music that played had been replaced with something far more ominous, giving no further clues about where the footage was taking place. It repeatedly corrupts, flashing a strange symbol before cutting back to the scene. Strange cries echoed in the distance.
A Solrock hovered in front of the husk of a building, surprisingly clear of the corruption around it and turning, like a wheel. And with it was Walter. Something was wrong with him as well. His gaze was blank. His clothes were stained with blood. He only turned his head slowly up to the Solrock hovering in front of him and for a moment, as the Solrock's eyes shone, his eyes glowed red. The Solrock stopped turning, looking at him with a blank expression. He murmured to it, only just audible on the video. "I knew you would find me again."
The Solrock's expression didn't change. It's eyes glowed again, and something lifted from Walter's bag - an Ultra Ball. The ball floated towards the Solrock, lightly tapping it. The moment the Solrock disappeared into the ball, the world righted itself; red sky to a starry night, blood and rust vanishing, the mansion disappearing, music fading back to it's usual, cheery tone and the weird echoing cries of strange Pokemon replaced with the chirps of Fletchlings and Wingulls.
Walter collapsed. The Gear fell as well. All that could be seen was the Ultra Ball, landing in front of it. It shook once, then clicked shut.

Good, you remember your name at least. Do you remember what day it is?
[Oh good pokemon are there. He'll look over at the two with Walter. Hopefully they'll answer him or at least nod or something.]
I'm sorry I don't know your names. But do you know if he hit his head when he passed out? If it he did, he may have a concussion.
Video
It was Friday.
[ Assumption shook his head. He didn't see anything until he came out of his Pokeball. Chaos narrowed her eyes at Harry, assessing him, before shaking her head as well. But she approached and gave a low, rumbling purr, to try and soothe Walter. ]
Video
[He sounds worried more then anything. And oh that's not good if they don't know.]

[ The Luxray settled and rubbed her head against him. It gave him something he could half focus on, reaching out and stroking her thick, spiky mane. Assumption noticeably froze at the mention of 'the otherworld'. ]
no subject
[Said very carefully. Because yes unknown pokemon, same.]
What happened before you 'went' there, because there was a strange pokemon floating in front of you.
no subject
I arrived here on this island and it began to follow me. It was always watching me. I looked it up... it's a Pokemon of the Sun. Like Alessa.
I don't know if I was sleep or not, but it was hovering over me. And it was the otherworld again. Like when Valtiel was guiding me.
no subject
You looked like you were in a trance of some sort. Can that pokemon do anything to people. Hypnotize them, cause hallucinations?
no subject
I don't know. It can read minds. And it draws power from the sun. [ He didn't know what a Solrock was capable of, nor did his Gear supply much data than that in regards to it's powers. He murmured softly, and his words made the Marowak cling him tightly. ]
I knew Valtiel would find me.
no subject
[Just trying to figure it out himself. He saw thing too. But probably not like Walter did. His voice is quieter.]
.....Why did you think Valtiel would find you?
no subject
[ He pet Assumption, wrapping his arms around him to hold him close. ] It was a long time without him here.
no subject
If it's possible that pokemon did something to you. ...to make you think that....you should consider that as well.
[He really wants that to be the case.]
You fell down and you might have hit your head. Are you close to a center? They should be able to see if you have a concussion at least.
no subject
[ Alas, Walter had brought his beliefs with him to this world and was trying to reconcile them with the Pokemon he found here. A Volcarona, born of the Sun and said to embody it's wrath, had become a divine being in his eyes. Of course a Solrock would be seen in a similar light. ]
I was at the centre. Before this. [ Behind him the Luxray pushed her head against him, trying to ease him up. He slowly stood, still holding Assumption to his chest, before addressing her. ] Chaos, find it.
no subject
[Is so wrong in so many ways but how do you even say that.]
It might be from the sun, but that doesn't mean it's going to have divine powers. We are in a different world now.
But the most important thing right now is to make sure you're not hurt.
no subject
God was born of the Sun. Beings that are born from the Sun are divine. I still don't know why I'm here. I thought... I thought once I had done my duty, God would let me rest. But I'm here. And I haven't completed the ritual. [ He sounded so tired, because he was. He'd gone over this question so often since he'd arrived here. ]
no subject
You are here though. Does the reason why matter, when you can't change that fact?
[Harry has had similar questions due to the whole, I was dying/dead thing. This is the answer he'd come up with]
no subject
[ Walter sighed. For Harry saying he knew about the Order, he didn't seem to really know that much. He tilted his head, pressing his cheek against Assumption. The Marowak cuddled into him, holding him tightly. ]
I'm... this world is good. Kind. But I don't deserve to be here.
no subject
Again, I'll ask. Does that matter? You can't change it. Even if you think you don't deserve to be here, you are.
And I bet if you asked your pokemon they might have something different to say. They obviously care about you.
no subject
No. Life is not fair. Even in this world, it is not fair.
[ He avoided Harry's mention of his Pokemon, avoiding looking at him. But Assumption nodded, leaning into him and half turning to look at Harry. His voice was faint, and ghostly. ]
We do.
no subject
[Harry looks over at the pokemon who spoke up.]
Good. I'm glad he has you with him.
[He rubs his head.]
Go to a center Walter. Make sure you're alright and try to take care of yourself, if not for yourself, then for your team.
no subject
God sees us all, Harry, even in this world. Be careful.
no subject
I will Walter.
You be careful as well.
[And he'll turn the gear off at that to let the man get to hopefully a centre. He...has a very bad feeling about this.]
