3nd Soul | Video/action for Violet (library and city in general)
[With all the excitement of the strange monsters attacking, Maka all but disappeared onto the ferry and returned to the mainland, didn't she? Where in the world of Pokemon has she been?
Apparently, she's been in Violet City practically living in the library. Shouldn't she be challenging Falkner and moving on by now? Well...yes. But books take priority. The image of a very smug-looking Ribombee perched on the shelves is the first thing that comes on the feed, before it pans over to the book shelved next to it.]
"Carrie" by Stephen Kingler. Are you kidding me?
[Yep, that's Maka's voice, she pans the Gear over to the table where another book rests: "Call of Malamarlu and other short stories" by HP Luvdisc.]
From what I can see, they're super sanitized versions too. [Apparently in the time she's been absent, Maka has read all of these books she found.] And I still haven't found "Dark Side of the Moon." [That last part is more of a mutter to herself, from there she shuts off the feed and goes back to sorting through the shelves (probably rearranging things by alphabetical order and their proper call number just on instinct--what is with people and not putting things back where they go?)]

Not at all.]
Yeah, Harry Oshawotter is good and all, but my favorite series is Wailord of the Rings personally.

[Maka, as if you wouldn't engage in debates with people about literature if you were given the chance.]
I guess a world like this leaves more time for Mankey business.
[Sweet Death Jesus.]

[It's a bit tongue in cheek, as Jane knows she's very much a nerd in her own way. She gigglesnorts at that pun, though, that's excellent.]
Gracious, I'd be surprised if that wasn't a saying around here already!

[Oh god Maka stop.]
Sorry, that was lame, I couldn't help it.
[Yes you could.]

Even if it wasn't, it's what she's doing anyway.]
Forgive what? Word-smithing at the speed of light? That's not a crime, that's amazing.

Oh, it's alright, sure - I've known others who could do the same much faster. At best, I'm a hobbyist.

[Or get naked, but...that trauma is better left forgotten.]
