Hey, everyone, it's Ray Stantz here! You know, the guy who was freezing on Route 29 on Christmas Eve?
Don't worry, I'm more than safe now. :-)
Anyway, I do research on the supernatural (I specialize in ghosts and the hunting and containment of them, for those curious!) and I've been reading up on myths and legends in this dimension. It's pretty interesting stuff, but I would like to hear some first hand accounts of the strange and unusual sightings in this dimension! Whether it's encounters with Legendary Pokémon, normal Pokémon, or just strange occurrences you've noted in this dimension, I want to hear about it! I think it would help get me a better understanding of this dimension. And even if it doesn't, it would be fun to hear about!
Or heck, if you have any fun stories of strange encounters back in your home dimension I would love to hear that too; I'm not picky!

Oh my!
First of all, I'm quite sorry to hear you were in such a position on Christmas Eve! I was kind of preoccupied, so I hadn't heard if anyone was in help...but I'm glad you're doing better!
Secondly, if it's the supernatural or strange you want, then hopefully you'll be here for one of the weekends where everything kind of gets screwy for everybody.
I think it's usually in springtime and late autumn, but there's two weekends out of the year where travel doesn't work like it should, you can literally walk out of your front door and end up all the way across the region, or deep in a cave...and for those of us who had weird quirks or powers back home, or who weren't even human, all that stuff comes back for those days!
It's an absolute mess of a time, but there's nothing more supernatural than that, in my opinion.
Oh, and if you like ghosts, this is mine! Her name is Ribbon.
[Attached is a snapshot of a Mimikyu with a dark blue ribbon barrette on one of its ears, casually reaching out from underneath its costume to get a leftover red and green Poffin from a festive Delibird plate.]

I wasn't able to give them anything on Christmas Day though, that was sad. :-(
Oh dang, I hope I can see that sometime? Do you have any idea why that dimension does that? Is it like fourth dimensional travel through a tesseract?
[and OH MY GOD RAG DOLL POKEMON.]
She's adorable! I've read a tiny bit about them but just seeing a good picture of a Mimikyu in person just makes me love them more.
I've been reading conflicting things about them, actually. Do they idolize or have spite over the Pokemon they're trying to emulate?

I was not the friend who found herself waist deep in the transportation sciences. Or any actual sciences, for that matter, unless you count baking and deductive reasoning as science.
Oh, you mean the Pikachu thing?
I'm actually not sure. I don't have a Pikachu, so Ribbon doesn't really cause much of a fuss either way.

And that's interesting! I guess as long as they're happy I shouldn't pry too much, anyway. :-)

All I know on that front is that you shouldn't try peeking underneath their costumes. I haven't heard of what happens if you DO, but the vehement insistence not to is...hard to deny.

... You know it's a shame my partner Winston isn't here, I betcha you two would get along great since he's really into mysteries and deductive reasoning as well!
[...]
So what you're saying is.
No one's taken the time to actually see what's under their costumes?
[Jane you may have made a huge mistake.]
