Hey, everyone, it's Ray Stantz here! You know, the guy who was freezing on Route 29 on Christmas Eve?
Don't worry, I'm more than safe now. :-)
Anyway, I do research on the supernatural (I specialize in ghosts and the hunting and containment of them, for those curious!) and I've been reading up on myths and legends in this dimension. It's pretty interesting stuff, but I would like to hear some first hand accounts of the strange and unusual sightings in this dimension! Whether it's encounters with Legendary Pokémon, normal Pokémon, or just strange occurrences you've noted in this dimension, I want to hear about it! I think it would help get me a better understanding of this dimension. And even if it doesn't, it would be fun to hear about!
Or heck, if you have any fun stories of strange encounters back in your home dimension I would love to hear that too; I'm not picky!

Well it's nice to meet you! I think you're the first Gengar I've met in person, too! [This is technically not in person, Ray.] You look really cool, too! Is it true you have that giant tongue?
video;
[It bobs a little in place and then, dramatically, extends its tongue, pulling on the end of it a few times. As if trying to make it get longer.]
[Somehow? That works.]
video;
Oh my god! That's really impressive!
[He sounds really genuine about that, even clapping a bit.]
So tell me about yourself. You're the first Gengar that I've met and I would like to know more about you.
[He can't... speak to Pokemon...]
video;
[Who is that? Oh Shi-- someone heard his pokemon chattering at the 'gear and crept up to investigate. And now he's visible, just over the Gengar's shoulder, complete with dorky rainbow hair, and stupid mug.]
No, I don't know why. It named itself.
video;
[Ray looks shocked for a moment, as if he had been caught doing something, before waving at Shiro.]
I'm guessing you know them?
video;
[Haunter grins wider, doing a backflip to land on one hand. Waving its toes at the screen.]
video;
Well they're really talented! I have a Gastly myself but unfortunately he's a bit too afraid of most things to come out of his Pokeball half the time.
video;
[The more terrifying ones.]
And he might change as he gets stronger.
video;
I've been working on getting him comfortable when he's outside his containment unit, but it's slow going so far.
video;
[Which is definitely not normal Gastly behavior.]
Do you have any other pokemon he's comfortable around? Sometimes that helps.
video;
He gets a little nervous around Jackie, my Pumpkaboo, but she's probably the one he can stand to be around the longest. He's absolutely terrified of my Cleffa, though, mostly because she thinks popping out to scare people is funny
video;
Maybe keep the Cleffa in her ball while he's out. They usually don't mind being in there anyway. See how long he can tolerate being out around the Pumpkaboo, and slowly work up from that.
