[There's a tired looking boy sulking around Violet City, the kind you'd expect to kick off the Lotad who's attached itself to his leg. He isn't, though - every time it toddles over to lean on him, he picks it up and sets it down gently on the side of the road. He doesn't have time for this. Clearly, Tooi thinks, he's lost his mind worse than Kazuki had in the wake of the Sachet Zombie. Why else would he be in a place he can't recognize, with a mute blue kappa whose dish is a lily pad?]

Stay here. Don't follow me. [The Lotad blinks, nudges his retreating hand.] Tch...really? No, you're better off with someone else. I have to go home, I can't stay here.

[He has to go home. He has to be ready to leave with his brother - it's clear he's not welcome in Asakusa anymore. Why mess around in this weird place?

Tooi is going to keep trying to make the Lotad stay apart from him, but maybe you can convince him to let it stick around?]

A. Pewter City

[Guess who has her powers back. It's the grinning woman with the left arm of glowing tattoos who has what seems like a ball of energy floating in her hand.]

Yes! Finally! This place couldn't hold back the power of a siren forever.

B. Various Places

[Travel is being weird but she's taking that in stride. You might see her around, using her powers to lift up any attacking pokemon into a purple/blue bubble in the air that stops them from moving. She's got a group of her own pokemon around her who seem to be paying attention.]

So this apparently won't last long but for now, I'll hold them in place and you can attack. Don't worry about the phaselock. If it doesn't keep out bullets, it's not going to keep out your attacks.

[A. Arrival]

[Alice is a bit surprised to find herself her but you can soon find her talking to a Skitty in a apologetic tone.]

Why there you are, Puff. And to think I didn't even remember you till I arrived here again. I am very sorry, as I had planned to introduce you to Dinah and her kittens back home. I know they would like you very much, but I'm afraid I don't even recall how I left the last time.

[B. Suddenly Pokemon]

[And later on, there is now a Purrloin walking along with the Skitty. A rather confused Purrloin. Luckily she seems to be able to be understood by humans as well as pokemon.]

Oh dear. I've changed again, and this time I didn't even eat a thing. How odd this world is. And I've certainly never become an animal before. What confusion there shall be if I show up back like this.

Though...I wonder if I could understand Dinah properly now. Wouldn't she be surprised.

[If you wander into Viridian Forest or Ilex Forest, chances are you'll hear a tune on the wind - somewhat mournful, with flights of sweetness, in that reverberating tone only a harmonica can bring. You can follow your ears to find the source of the sound, but it's rather difficult.

It seems the source doesn't want to be found.

But with enough perseverence, you can find him - a young man in green with an old pointed hat, playing his song with his eyes closed and enjoying the serenity of the moment. Grass and Bug Pokemon listen rapturously, but at a distance. At first you might think it's because they don't want to disturb the player, but if you look closely, you can see an Axew glaring pointedly at them as it sits next to the young man.

Someone doesn't like to share.

And one point, however, Snufkin seems to sense your presence, and he stops playing. The gathered audience scatters, and the Axew's expression changes to something sad and pouty as Snufkin looks your way.]

Oh - I'm sorry, I didn't know you were there. Did you need something?

[His tone is friendly enough, but his expression is guarded; he would honestly rather be alone, but if you're lost in the forest, well, he can't really feel good about leaving you here, can he?]

[A Jangmo-o bounds in circles around Lucina, taking keen interest in the sword sheathed at her side as she examines the welcome sign in Blackthorn City. A mountainous town where dragons live - strange and unusual, but almost fitting. Almost a touch of home. And she'd even been accompanied by a friend of sorts! As disorienting as it is to find oneself in a new realm, Lucina can't find it in herself to worry, not when she's unharmed and nothing's been taken from her.]

There is some sort of "Dragon's Den" here, is there...? [She looks at the Jangmo-o.] What say you, Bantu? Would you like to explore it?

Ja-jang!

[Lucina laughs, the sound soft and sincere.] I suppose that is a yes. Still, perhaps it is not wise to venture in alone...

[Are you nearby in Blackthorn City? Want to go see some Dragons? This right here is your squad.]

IT'S BACK

THE WONDERFUL WEEKEND OF WEIRDNESS IS BACK and Thida wastes absolutely no time, because somehow, someway, she's got her Inkbrush back - her lovely, wonderful Inkbrush stocked with Splat Bombs and ready to give her a Splashdown, and an ink tank that never runs out, and the most beautiful sky blue ink a squid could ever ask for!

In retrospect, Olivine City isn't going to like being covered in ink, but at least it disappears a few minutes later. Still, when it's on the ground? Anyone who isn't an Inkling is going to be slipping, sliding, and getting covered in the stuff.

As for Thida? You can find her anywhere the ink puddles linger, painting the town blue and shifting in and out of her squid form as easy as breathing, disappearing once she plunks into the ink only to pop up a ways away. It's always exhilirating to be herself again, to show off her skills...it's a celebration!]

[Juno briefly glances down at the Snubbull at the stranger's feet, raising an eyebrow before looking back up at the person who addressed him. That dog, on the other hand, looks plenty similar to the dogs back on Mars. It's kind of a weird hit-and-miss with these animals.]

Huh. That was an...oddly helpful description. You happen to be in the habit of describing mundane things to strangers who just ask these things?

[At least, he thinks it seems mundane. Food processes are generally regarded as such by Juno. Small Fry suddenly stands up, her nails digging into Juno's neck as she makes sniffing noises in his ear. She wants to go down! Juno winces, picking her up awkwardly and setting her down on the ground.]

There. Happy?

[Small Fry circles his feet, hopping and binkying happily before hopping over to Watson, sniffing his shoes.]

[The presence of fantastical and otherwise supernatural creatures does not surprise this zombie, but the fact that he can't recognize them is what intrigues him. A few of them resemble real-life animals, except if those animals could spit fire and scratch people to death.

What's most interesting is that there seems to be a sort of origami samurai flitting about him as he walks, occasionally sprinting ahead and glancing behind as if to check he's following. He frowns lightly, kneeling down with his palms cupped to allow it to walk onto his hands. Kartana scurries up, brandishing its bladed limbs--

--Oops. One of his gloved hands falls off his arm and lands on the ground with a dull thump. Kartana peers down at the disembodied limb with apparent curiosity before cradling between its arms and scurrying off.

Well. That's bad. The man quickly hurries off after the Ultra Beast, trying to keep it in sight. Eventually, Kartana scurries behind someone's leg and tries to hide from him. A rather tall, lanky green man with orange glowing eyes might suddenly loom above you, pointing with his intact hand at the paper creature at your feet.]

Excuse me, that's mine.

ii. corpse party

[His presence in Lavender Town has drawn a few ghost Pokémon out of hiding, and they've been following him ever since--apparently, they're curious about the new undead guy in town. However, the Pokémon that the zombie is drawn to the most isn't any of the clearly apparent ghosts--rather, it's a Golett.

He can be found on the edge of town, kneeling next to a Golett busy pruning a patch of grass it seems to have claimed as its own.]

You know, you and I might be more similar than you think.

[The Golett looks up, then gently extends a hand to give him a white flower. The zombie takes it in his hand, turning the stalk between his fingers.]

[It's unfortunate that Egon became a Beheeyem after he received his gear--the equipment sags heavily off his practically non-existent shoulders as he floats around, trying to find any Ghost-type Pokémon to test on. He's certainly getting more than a few weird looks from Pokémon and people alike.

Aha--there we are. A Mimikyu, lying in the middle of the road. They're even saying "Z" over and over, which means they must be truly asleep. He readies the particle thrower and clicks the on switch, aiming right for the poor ghost.

On a normal human, a proton pack might work fine. But for a creature like Beheeyem, the kickback on the particle beam is too much. The shot goes really wide and Egon is blasted backwards and into the ground. He scrambles to turn it off, trying to see if the Mimikyu has moved at all.]

A) Arrival

Well, this was a strange sight. This was certainly nowhere near Okiyama for Sasami's liking. No house, no shrine, no lake.

This was Washu's doing, wasn't it?

It had to be, seeing as Sasami was now stuck in a tree, her twintails tangled up in branches and a Mankey staring her down.

"Eheheheh, n-nice monkey. J-Just need a bit of help, th-that's all!" Sasami said, grinning sheepishly.

B) Welcome to GEN WUNNER Country or "Pallet Town"

Okay. Kanto. Kanto is where she is. No problem at all. And apparently, the Mankey that was harassing her is her "Starter Pokemon"

What's a Pokemon? Who's a Pokemon?

Well, she'll probably wander the town she's now in to get answers, but there's an underlying sense of excitement in this entire thing!

C) Pokemon Catching - Failed

"HEEEEEEEEEELP!"

Sasami obviously ignored (or was never taught) how to catch a Pokemon because now she was being chased by a flock of Pidgeys.

"I'm sorry I tried to grab you!" she cried out. "I just got here! Forgive meeeeeee!"

[Egon definitely recognizes that voice, even if he doesn't know how he got to the Burned Tower in the first place. Nor does he remember having a proton pack on, but, hey, he'll take anything in a clearly haunted place like this.

He doesn't ready his particle thrower--not yet. His eyebrows knitting together in concern, he begins to follow the source of the voice. Once he finds it, it's not hard to put two and two together.]

Lena?

[Her name is spoken with curiosity, not shock. He adjusts his glasses, carefully approaching her. When it comes to ghosts or specters, it's important to be cautious in your methods.]

This is fascinating. Were you possessed by a ghost of some sort? Is this your usual state of existence outside of this dimension?

[Unfortunately, that doesn't mean he applies the same caution to social conversations.]

Oh, wow!

[Sasami caught sight of the strange sight and couldn't help but stare in awe. They looked so comfy and adorable and she had to join in!

Scoot over, Carly, Sasami's joining in!]

[........... Of course. As if her day wasn't bad enough, this guy had to see her like this. This sure will be fun. With a groan, Lena just crosses her arms and leans back against the wall; interesting in that she doesn't pass through it like normal ghosts would.]

Do I look like one of the weirdo ghosts here? [She definitely doesn't look like a Haunter or Shuppet or any of the other various ghost-types.] Nah, this is new.

[Which is.... kind of true? Outside of her confrontation with Magica, she hadn't been able to touch or be seen by anyone or anything as a shadow, even with this more ethereal-looking form. She could see everything from her place in the shadow realm surrounding Webby, but any attempts at communication had failed. So this is definitely a little weird.]

[That's fine, because Gardevoir is the most mature of Lena's traveling party - including Lena herself - so she won't even dignify this with a response.]

No, I'm just having an existential crisis because I regained the humanity I thought I forgot about when I woke up as a weird tree spirit.

[Said in the most deadpan voice imaginable. There's a pause, and then:]

Of course I was!

[... Man, Lena's not sure if she's glad or upset to hear that voice. On one hand, yeah, she's happy she's not alone here, stuck wallowing in her own misery. On the other, she's not... sure she wants to see Webby right now. She doesn't want Webby to see her like she is, like she always was; just some shadow. Not real...

But in the end her selfishness wins out, and she calls out.]

Webby! I'm, uh... up here, I guess?

[Her voice comes from above, up the rickety stairs to the second level of the tower. Her growlithe, who still hasn't left her side even as her Gardevoir sends out the message from earlier, helps out by barking, hoping to easily draw the other duckling closer.]

[That is indeed a duck, but she at least gives a very human-like yelp as the frisbee smacks her in the face. A face that's more expressive than one might expect a duck's to be; it's more like a pokemon's, really, with how a clear frown crosses her bill as she flicks the frisbee back at Connor.]

[Lena may have given a lot of hints as to what she's gone through to other people, but she's never outright said it, so even her pokemon can only really guess as to what's going on right now.]

It's that time again.

Lust has grown to these weekends, where she wakes up with her homunculus powers and everything that comes with them. It's always bittersweet, in a way....

1) Parkour and More

If there's one thing Lust never fails to enjoy when she's returned to her previous physical state, it's her increased athletic ability. She can leap, climb, run, vault and everything else all over whatever city she's found herself in.

And she does.

Beware a black and white blur overheard as Lust springs across rooftops and shimmies up towers. Occasionally she'll touch the ground, pausing a moment in the street to re-secure her short pinned hair or to establish a new and more exciting route across the highest levels of Johto.

2) Wondering, Wandering...

There's plenty of time in the weekend, Lust isn't about to spend the whole time bouncing around the rooftops like an animated cereal mascot. Sometimes it's just worth it to wander the routes and roads and see what's come to visit this time. Rarely anything of much personal interest, but one never knows what one might see.

Lust has seen some remarkable things, during these weekends. And she ought to zip down to...well, wherever Krieg is at the moment. She thinks he'd like to see what she can do with her sin gifts....

3 - Lust the Fantastic Meowstic

As used to the strange weekends as Lust is, this is...not usual. Granted, a number of things have been unusual this weekend, but not quite like this. Not changing and altering even further, beyond the normal reversion.

Lust, for the last afternoon of the weekend, has transformed into a violet shaded Meowstic with particularly curly fur. She can speak, small miracle, but that's about the only human ability she's retained.

Don't mind the wailing Meowstic bolting down the road. No, actually, do mind it, she's trying to get your attention....

[Tonbokiri is used to traveling through time and space on the Saniwa's orders, but it's usually just to different eras of Japanese history. He certainly wasn't expecting to end up in a world that's only a little bit like Japan and populated by strange animals. Nor did he expect to be partnered up with a large Mudsdale as a companion, but the Mudsdale is quiet and pretty agreeable, so that's not too bad.]

A. Ecruteak City
[It's rather appropriate that Tonbokiri ended up here, since this town has the kind of traditional vibe that he's familiar with. At some point he somehow got roped into a soujutsu demonstration, and since he literally is a spear, he couldn't bring himself to say no. If you're passing by, you may see him surrounded by a small crowd as he defeats his opponent in mock combat. The crowd applauds, though Tonbokiri just bows modestly.]

Ah...thank you. Really, this was nothing.

B. Route 35
[There's a large, well-built redheaded man who is currently looking very nervous about...a Yanma. The Yanma in question is just hovering near him curiously, but Tonbokiri is trying to keep the long spear he's carrying away from it. Is he worried it'll hurt it or something?]

Please, for your own safety, do not land here...!

C. Goldenrod City
[Tonbokiri is sitting on a bench, having just bought a cupcake from a nearby bakery. He'd much prefer daifuku, but the person in the store had told him they were freshly baked and very tasty, and he admittedly has a weakness for sweets. He cautiously takes a bite...and his eyes light up.]

Umatarou...! I had no idea your world had such delicacies!

[The Mudsdale just snorts and tosses his head.]

D. Wildcard
[Feel free to approach Tonbokiri with any other scenarios!]

1. Powers Back - Anywhere

I don't actually believe it: I'm free from work for once! I'm not DROWNING IN WORK! THIS IS A MIRACLE!

... oh and I haven't blown off the top of my house for once. This is a nice change of pace.

[Yayoi's powers had come back in full swing and Eternal Peace was back in full power once more, attracting a herd of Electric Pokemon, Electric Magical Girls, Electric Everything to her. The Electric Precure was a pillar of magical raw power in the center of anywhere she went, and she was petting Mimikyu like she was a evil villain.]

It's okay, everyone siphon energy please and thank you, it'll help stabilize my energy. Yes, don't worry it'll be okay.

2. Cafes!

Once Yayoi had restabilized, a common practice during the 4th walls, she had decided to check out the various cafes, restaurants, and other places. She was also checking out anyone who had turned into a Pokemon and making sure that they were all right.

If you might be around this year, she's greeting you with a wave. If you're a familiar face? A hug. And if you're a canonmate who may or may not be from the Toei multiverse or even the Ultraverse, were, there's a hug for you too.

Sluuuuuuuurp... huh? You talking to me?

[ Detective Pikachu turned around in surprise at the gruff talking Pikachu and was confronted by well... ]

Whoa. It's like looking into a mirror. Except I sound like I've been hitting the coffee raw.

1. Where to find Detective Pikachu, or at least the Cinematic Universe version? Where else, the Hi Hat Cafe in Celadon City.

He was sipping at a cup of coffee, slurping loudly as he was sitting with his Pichu. "I tell you," he said to his Pichu partner. "Nothing like a piping hot cup of joe to get you started in the morning, eh Tim?"

"Pichu?" replied Pichu, nursing his own cup.

"Yeah I know, it's pretty good, though we've got a lot more coffee places to check out. Lot more Hi Hat's to check out too." Finishing up his cup, he said, "C'mon, we've got more places to check out. Thank you darling."

"LUDICOLO!"

2. Pokemon Battle

"Okay, gonna just do the thing here. Tag team, here we go!" Exclaimed the Detective as he stood across from a trainer who had thought a Pikachu with a deerstalker and a Pichu were a good catch.

"Hnnnnnnngggggggggggggh. Nnnnnnnnggggggggggggh." Strained Pikachu.

The trainer stared for a moment. As with the crowd that gathered.

"Pi?" said Tim.

"I can't do it while they're watching," replied Pikachu.

"Char," replied the opponent Charmander, embarrassed at this.

"NNNNNNNNNNGH!" Strained the Detective.

3. Whelp

Detective Pikachu and his partner Pichu sat around, looking at each other for a long moment before doing rock paper scissors.

"Okay you win," said the Detective, trying to figure out where paper was beaten by scissors. "We should probably find Tim now."

"Pi!" Exclaimed Pichu.
