[Don't question why this dipshit is doing this video outside with a mudbray leaning against his side and... well, at least the krabby is still on his shoulder and a crabrawler is sitting on the other shoulder looking quite pleased with herself.]
Right, so an interesting question came up in a conversation with one of the people I'm travelling with.
This place is quite odd as it is, as are these creatures, I know back home that horses were the primary mode of transportation. Whether by riding, carts, caravans, etc. In this place, is that still the case or are some other creatures used for those types of tasks...?
[He's shifting the camera to look at the mudbray who looks a little surprised to have the camera at her and is immediately bucking back with a loud little whinny. Lovely.]
Clearly she isn't much yet, but according to the guide on these creatures, she'll somehow turn into a draft horse...? Weird, but clearly knights and draft horses are quite one in the same in how they operate. But yes, if you happen to know any other creatures suitable for riding, please do let me know.

[She's not touching the topic of spells. If there's anything Sasha knows less about how Pokemon without wings can fly, it's magic.]
A bike is.... is... [She's glancing around for a method of explanation because words fail her now. Luckily, a passerby flies by on one and she whips around on her wheeled feet, throwing the entire scene into a mini-tornado as she turns the 'gear toward the cyclist.] That! And rollerblades are these!
[And now the 'gear is pointed downwards to show her feet clad in the wheeled contraptions. All through this, Sasha hasn't once stopped rolling. Sorry for your motion sickness, sir.]

Oh, okay. He's... seen bikes before, just hadn't known a name from the people going around them in this place. And the rollerblades are new.
Interesting. And proves the theory that they do have other ways than just walking.]
I... I see. Then I suppose the walking everywhere thing is a mostly moot point. But it still doesn't change the fact that it seems to be the primary method for reasons I'll never understand. [Walking long distances sucks.]

I guess people are just used to walking? It's what we did where I'm from if we didn't have a horse.
[Because what was transportation in the backwoods? Those folks were lucky if they even saw a boat, much less a train.]
Also if you walk, it's easier to find wild Pokemon to catch. Some of them hide in the bushes and if you're just riding by them, you'll miss them!

Mm. I guess so? Though with how plentiful these creatures are, it seems rather odd that people would prefer walking.
[Though he supposes she has a point on the catching wild Pokemon point. He hadn't exactly thought about that.]
That would make sense if someone wants to catch more of these creatures, I've been particularly picky myself, so I hadn't put my thought or stock into that. But that is a good point...
