[Many of you have probably already seen certain fliers all over Johto and Kanto towns. If you haven't, don't worry! Here it is now, being posted on the network.]

Happy birthday to me~

Such a day would require only the most diverting of celebrations, but alas! I've been incredibly busy with this project. However, do you understand what that means, my dear friends? This isn't a cancellation, but a mere postponement!

For a spring baby whose heart happens to belong to the coast like yours truly, the summer solstice is one of my favorite festivals! The juxtaposition of the best two seasons of the year! How could I say no to hosting a little show at such a meaningful event? And not just any show, oh no, it's a show for a good cause!

"Helping Hand" is an organization whose aim is to help victims of Team Rocket, be humans or Pokémon. As someone who had to watch his beloved and his protegee suffer at the hand of such despicable scoundrels, I want nothing more than to assist them - and so should you! Join us, I beg you!

Donate, if you please! It can be an egg. It can be an expensive item - or even a simple one, such as a Pokéball. It can be your time! Allow this humble bard to reward your help with a date! Wouldn't it be wonderful to support a good cause AND find love in the very same evening? A story to be told to future generations, I'd like to think!

The beaches of Cianwood City, June 21st, transportation provided by our delightful patrons, Riegfried and Soy. I will accept no excuses! Let's celebrate the summer solstice. Let's (belatedly) celebrate my birthday.

And most importantly, let's celebrate kindness.

Such trust I shall cherish deeply and promise not to disappoint it! I wouldn't call this event a fancy party per se, however - it's a festival, and those are more relaxed and casual. But I do still expect everyone to look their best!

I believe I am rather settled on the romantic front, but if I could donate a few handmade things, perhaps someone would find them worthy of money.

At any rate, if you are staying in Olivine or Cianwood, do you have somewhere to stay, Jaskier? I assume that Geralt and Kiri are with you as well.

Indeed, we are staying in Olivine, with lots of warping to Cianwood every day. We're renting the same room we got the first time we were here - it has the perfect view of the ocean! The spring (soon to be summer) breeze brushes my hair while I write, and we get a beautiful sunset to grace us with its magnificent colors if we decide to dine on the balcony!

[Also it's the room where they had their first time so it's ~MEANINGFUL~.]

A date auction? What's that?

A very simple yet wonderful concept! Instead of donating an object, people donate themselves - so to speak. Volunteers offer up their time so buyers are bidding for a date with said volunteers.

That would be lovely! We welcome eggs of all kinds, no Pokémon will be looked down upon! I must say, however, Gym Leader Whitney has give Miltank a very peculiar reputation that may make your choice of donation easier.

A simple but extraordinary concept! People donate themselves to be auctioned for the charity event, and whoever pays the highest bid gets to go on a date with them! All expenses will be covered by our wonderful patrons.

As for help, Helping Hand has various welcome centres in Johto and Kanto that always can do with volunteers, even if it's simply to move boxes. Speaking strictly of this event, however, we wouldn't mind more people helping us hand out those fliers!
