Does anyone else get weird dreams about Pokemon now that they're here? Like just the other night I dreamt that I found a swarm of Gengars, and one of them was shiny, except it was bright neon green instead of the normal shiny color (which would totally be a better color for a shiny Gengar, if you ask me), only right when I went to catch it, it cast Self-Destruct and fainted! I woke up from a dead sleep, shooting bolt upright in my bed screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOO!"
When my Pokemon came to check on me to see what was wrong, my actual (non-shiny) Gengar seemed to be giving me a look like she knew what the dream was about and she was jealous.
So I guess the TL;DR version is:

So I guess the TL;DR version is:
- What's the weirdest Pokemon-themed dream you've ever had?
- Are we 100% sure that Gengar isn't at least a little bit Psychic???

Oh, is that something they do? Maybe she got hungry, tried to eat my dream, and then saw the shiny green Gengar and got jealous!!

Indeed they do. "Dream Eater" is attack many a Psychic and Ghost type Pokémon learn. They can help you have a quiet, dreamless nap; but it seems it has backfired for your little bloke. If he is jealous of his peers' shiny color, mayhap you could get some glitter for him?

Maybe she would be happy with a bit of a makeover! That sounds like a great idea. Magic 8-Ball deserves a little attention, just her and me. Maybe I'll take her out for a spa day!
[ Can you tell someone named her Pokemon when it was still a Gastly? ]

I'm sorry, but
"Magic 8-ball"? Please tell me that doesn't mean what I think it means.

So you know how baby Gengars start off as a little floaty black ball with purple smoke around them?
Well back in Nua there's this popular toy that's a black ball with like this blue liquid inside and you shake it and there's a little die inside with different fortunes written on it. So you ask the ball a question, and then shake it, and whatever side of the die shows up in the little window is your answer!
It's meant to look like an 8-ball from pool, which is a sort of game played with this big table with six pockets and you hit the different balls into the pockets with a stick. You see pool tables at taverns a lot.
So... Ipso-flipso... Gastlies look like magic 8-balls! I know I should have probably named her something that would still make sense after she evolved, but I wasn't really thinking that far ahead when I caught her.

[What is aim, do you eat it.]
I can see what you mean now, it's a good choice of name. However, I'm rather confused about this toy of yours. What is that blue liquid inside? A future-seeing potion? Is the die made of magic crystals?

The blue liquid is usually just water with some kind of ink or dye in it to change the color and make it cloudy. There isn't any actual magic involved, as far as I know.
Though... Maybe that would be a good opportunity for someone with Divination magic to really make a killing! Selling magic 8-balls with actual predictive magic imbued in them!

Oh, so it's a toy in every sense of the word! How curious. Part of me wants to say selling actual magic 8-balls could kill their business, since people wouldn't go directly to the seers to pay for their services anymore. But that's also what I thought when I learned about the art of "recording" music in this realm, yet people continue to pay to see their favorite artists live. So you may be onto something!

I never thought about that, about music recordings! But it makes sense. If anything, recording and posting music online spreads your influence— and your fanbase— even further than you could manage by simply touring. This way, when you get to a new town, people there will already know who you are and like your music! You don't have to start from scratch!

[Attached comes a picture: look, it's a huge Jenny! And obviously not the same mega Jaskier mentioned in his previous message.]
Indeed! Do not misunderstand me, I think recorded music is delightful and the benefits are outstanding. But I admit I was skeptical when I arrived - and there's a lot more of this technology I need to learn more about still. Mayhap you can make your own 8-balls soon, infuse them with some power from your ghosties~?
