Does anyone else get weird dreams about Pokemon now that they're here? Like just the other night I dreamt that I found a swarm of Gengars, and one of them was shiny, except it was bright neon green instead of the normal shiny color (which would totally be a better color for a shiny Gengar, if you ask me), only right when I went to catch it, it cast Self-Destruct and fainted! I woke up from a dead sleep, shooting bolt upright in my bed screaming, "NOOOOOOOOOO!"
When my Pokemon came to check on me to see what was wrong, my actual (non-shiny) Gengar seemed to be giving me a look like she knew what the dream was about and she was jealous.
So I guess the TL;DR version is:

So I guess the TL;DR version is:
- What's the weirdest Pokemon-themed dream you've ever had?
- Are we 100% sure that Gengar isn't at least a little bit Psychic???

I blame the fact that I kept getting stuck there for months.
2. Gengar can learn Psychic moves, and they can eat dreams, so that might be part of it.

2. Wait, what do you mean, "they can eat dreams?"

2. Exactly what it sounds like. They eat dreams. They can cause nightmares. Two of their attacks, and both only work when you're asleep.

I guess I'm going to have to keep a closer eye on my Gengar. Or maybe keep her balled up at night.

They'd show up for a while, leave, and come back without memories. Sometimes they'd come back with memories after that. Luck of the draw, I guess.
Might not be a bad idea to have her get her Dream Eater fix on other Pokemon. Or figure out what kinda snacks she likes. They can eat other things, but in my experience, ghost types can be a handful and a half. The more you give 'em to do, the less unruly, I figure.

I'm really going to have to start putting together an enrichment plan for my Pokemon... Managing this many living animals isn't really anything I'm used to. Skeletons are so much less needy.

It's just a big roulette. Plus you gotta factor in different points in time, too. Things get dicey fast.
I'd say just talking to your team can help. Most can understand human speech and find ways to communicate, even if it's just through gesture. Psychic types can talk using telepathy, and if you're really ambitious, you can train them to speak. But it's... time consuming.
