[Legosi looms into view as the feed flickers to life. He's standing in front of what appears to be a small lot that had previously been for sale. Previous being due to the big "SOLD" sticker slapped over the sign at the front of the little pathway leading back to the house. It's a modest place, but what really sets it apart is the large side yard it sports.]

Good morning. I hope everyone is staying safe, under the circumstances.

[He's been keeping his head low, because Nope. He is DONE with giant birds for a while, thanks.]

I just wanted to let everyone know that I've moved. ...well, it's more accurate to say I've finally settled down someplace. I'm going to be living in Azalea Town, now. Though I expect getting moved in may take a bit more time with everything that's been going on.

[The grey-haired young man (he knows) sighs, scratching the side of his neck.]

Anyway, um...if you need me, this is where I will be staying. I'm still going to travel every so often, but I thought it was time to get to work on the garden I've been planning to build.

[With all of that said, he offers the camera an extremely small, easy to miss smile before cutting off the feed.]

I do recommend visiting the entire region before you decide. That's what I ended up doing, but Azalea appealed to me the most.

[For more than a few reasons.]

Thank you...it will be a butterfly garden, but there are going to be other types of bugs there too.

I got to about Goldenrod before detouring to Kanto, actually. I'll see it all eventually though! Even been to a couple of the islands now.

[ A butterfly garden... At the mention of 'butterfly,' her Frosmoth - 'Little Guy' - flutter into view of the screen. ]

That's awesome, dude. Butterflies your thing? I admit, I wasn't too fond of bugs... until this guy here.

I visited Kanto briefly myself, though I haven't gotten around to touring the entire region. I'll probably go when I've settled here properly.

[He's just been on the road for so long...it's time for a bit of a break.

Legosi's eyes widen slightly, his attention immediately grabbed by the Frosmoth. It's beautiful...he really needs to get a Snom.]

I like all Bug Pokemon, actually. But I got to see a butterfly garden full of Vivillon of all sorts of patterns not long after I arrived...and I've thought about making one for myself ever since. But I just liked bugs back home, too...

Your Frosmoth is beautiful, by the way.

It's pretty cool, so far! Definitely feels a bit more old school than Johto, in some ways, but I'm in Cerulean City now and... [ A fond look to somewhere off-screen. ] It's really pretty.

[ Little Guy gives a happy-seeming flutter at the compliment. He comes to rest on Rose's shoulder as he had when still a Snom. ]

Hey, thanks. [ She smiles up at her now-winged companion. ] They're growing on me, I admit. Don't think I'll ever get used to the spiders, but- A lot of the other ones are alright.

Each of the cities has its own charm, I've found. Some are more suited for rural living...others suburban.

[He feels fortunate he was able to find a happy middle-ground for his home, which was half the reason why it took him this long to settle in the first place.]

They're not to everyone's tastes, but I just find them all wonderful and fascinating in different ways. Even the spiders...though I understand them being so large here can be offputting.

They do! I'm used to the big city, but gotta' say- There's definitely a certain kind of charm to roughing it here that I didn't appreciate back home.

[ Probably because it's by choice rather than necesity. Hm. ]

Yeah. Maybe here though they'll help me get over that fear, y'know? It'd be nice. Flying, too, since for as much of a jerk as Flipflap is I doubt he'd let anything happen to me.

I agree. I've actually enjoyed camping...I usually didn't go much before unless I was with friends.

[He could have found a group to travel with here, mind, but he's found it's just been easier to do his own thing. Just him and his team.]

Don't push yourself of course, but you'd be surprised. I've come to like Pokemon here that I never thought I would have before, just by interacting with them long enough.

As for Flying, I ah...that isn't a hurdle I've gotten past yet. None of my Pokemon could carry someone for flying anyway, I don't think...but that's probably something I'm going to have to get used to eventually.

Yeah? I'm kind of the same way, I guess. Always been a bit of a lone wolf.

[ Haha. Ha. Literally and metaphorically, but- Anyway! ]

Yeah, I guess I'll see what happens. I'd like to be able to fly places... It seems convenient just, well- Fears aren't always rational, y'know?

[That comment causes Legosi to huff a soft laugh, because...yeah. That's quite literal in his case, isn't it?]

Has anyone told you about the warps that are available? You can use those for travel to towns you've already visited. At least until you can get used to flying.

[ They'll have to figure that out someday, but for now... ]

The what now? [ Obviously, no. ] There's, like, teleportation technology here? What?

I was surprised to hear about it too, but there is. They are located inside the Pokemon Centers, but you can only use ones you've visited before to travel to and from previously visited towns.

I don't recommend using them too much in one day. They can make you motion sick, in a way.

Oh, huh... Well, I've tried to make it a point to stop for at least, like, a day in each town. Guess I was being pretty proactive about things without really trying!

But, uh. Thanks for the tip. I already have a hard time with teleportation magicks so... Might just keep hoofing it where I can.

You're welcome. They're useful if you need to get to a town quickly, but it's honestly usually better to just go there yourself. At least for me it is, anyway...though I just enjoy the process of taking the journey to begin with.

I think so, too. Probably why I never thought about them before or, like, missed them being a thing. I've always been the type to prefer actually experiencing things and all the sights there are to see.
