[Any concern that Vierna has about being quiet so as not to be caught in an inn room with a corpse goes right out the window when the corpse in question starts moving. She draws back sharply with a dismayed yelp, instinctively reaching for a holy symbol which, perhaps luckily for Cordy, she hadn't actually worn to bed and therefore does not currently have on her person.

Or maybe it wouldn't have made much difference anyway, because while Vierna is currently distinctly drow, she still can feel no particular connection to her goddess. Which is worrying, but perhaps not as immediately worrying as -]

This is normal? Cordy, you were dead!

[ There's a few other observable differences. The fact that she's not breathing, for one, apart from the necessary breath needed to talk. Or the fact that her fangs are a bit longer and more prominent. ]

In theory, yes. Menzoberranzan does not exactly have many undead that weren't intentionally raised by some priestess or another.

Yeah, this is kinda...different. Vanth was crawling with undead of all sorts.

In my case, I was kinda born like this due to some weird curse.
