Well, you did it! Can you stand up, though? [It's not like they aren't a bit winded themself--climbing still takes effort!--but they aren't nearly so tired as this poor man.]

[Caspar rolls over onto his back, muscles complaining at the effort, and lies with his eyes closed and his arms spread by his sides. He forces his breathing to slow, focusing on how he directs each breath low in his chest until it feels closer to where he'd think of his stomach being than his lungs.
He doesn't keep at it for very long; it's no more than a minute or so before the ache in his limbs settles and his lungs don't feel quite so strained for air anymore. Doubtless, he'll feel all that again later, but that's a problem for future Caspar.
For now, he pushes himself upright and grins over at G'rhyf.] Alright! Ready?
