New Bark Town Mingle Log

There was some interest expressed in doing a New Bark Town mingle log, so I'm throwing this up here for anyone who wants to do it:

Who: Anyone who wants to!

Where: Mom's House, New Bark Town

When: August 14th

Summary: There is a huge group at Mom's! What are they doing?

Rating: Probably no higher than PG

Radley looks up from reuniting with most of his Pokemon to see that everyone else is doing the same ... mostly. Although there are some very strange things going on. It sounds like someone is in the closet. Someone else is yelling for help getting off the ... fridge? And it's wall to wall people everywhere.

"Oh boy...."

He gets up and looks for both a way out of here and a path to whoever needs help. His Pokemon warble and follow him, or rather, all he can't carry follows him. Cosmo the Ralts stays clinging to his neck. She was already extremely shy and reluctant to let go of Radley before all this happened. She may never let go of him now....

"Yeah, that's definitely a good thing," Radley chuckles from the open window. "It looks like it's going to rain, though...."

That presents an annoying problem for him (and no doubt many others). He has to get to Cherrygrove in order to access the Warp Pads. He does not want to walk, so he hopes he can hitch a ride with someone just that far.

[nonmagical]

"Well, that's... probably the most normal thing that's happened so far. Did you see those big Pokemon? The really mean ones?"

She'd only had seen one, but that was enough for her to just stay away from them.

[crystalmaster]

"Oh yeah. And then I tried to never see them again," Radley remarks.

[nonmagical]

"I hope they don't show up here. I had enough fun with the giant birds that showed up the day that I came here."

Those Braviary were about as mean as the Alphas!

[crystalmaster]

Radley winces. "Yeah, that would be bad if any of them followed us back. We'd better watch out for them, to be on the safe side."

He does not want to be surprised by them.

[nonmagical]

"Well, we might be better prepared this time? I didn't even have my usual Pokemon with me back there."

Not that she didn't like her Clefairy and new Pokemon she got from that region.

"I don't think we'll have to worry about them for a while... I hope."

[crystalmaster]

"True. Now we have everybody again, thankfully." He smirks. "Those big guys had better watch out."

Still, he doesn't want to subject his Eevees to such a battle unless he has to.

Evie and the others chorused nevertheless. They would do anything to protect Radley!
