H-Hi, um...for those that don't know me, my name is...Fluttershy. And I, um... [ She hesitates, releasing a shaky breath. It's one thing to be replying to others' posts, but the thought of people seeing hers is starting to make her feel pretty nervous. ] Oh gosh, sorry...I'm really bad at this.

[ Beside her is her Audino, Allegra, who gently pats her shoulder and mimes taking a breath in and out, and does it a few more times before Fluttershy starts to copy her, shaky at first but eventually she seems a bit calmer. ]

R-Right...okay, sorry. Um...so first I just wanted to let my friends know that I'm planning to head to the the Sevii Islands pretty soon. I've been traveling around Johto for a while now, but now that I'm in Cianwood City I think this is the last place I had to visit here. And my plan was always to work at the Daycare on Island Four so after I'm done here that's where I'll be heading. Though I suppose I will need to find a...place to live.

[ ...well, she'll worry about that when she gets there. ]

A-Anyway, I just...wanted to let people know. I can still come back to visit here, of course, but that's...just where I'll be settling.

The second thing is, um...so I forget how many people I've told, and I figure it couldn't hurt to mention it. But back home, I have some, uh, magic that let's me to communicate with animals, and when I came here it let me talk to and understand Pokemon as well. So if anyone is maybe having trouble understanding their Pokemon, I'd be happy to help out.

I guess I should have mentioned that before deciding to move to the islands. But I can still talk over the network. As long as I can hear them, I'll be able to understand. I mean, if anyone wants, that is.

...Okay, um...that's it, I suppose.

[ She hesitates a moment, and then the feed just ends. ]

[ A rather large Goodra with a shell on his back nudges his way into the frame, chattering happily at the nice lady who understands him. ]

Hi! I got really strong and we won a badge!

[ Kaiba reaches over to pat King's head. ]

I guess he figures he'll talk to you directly.

Oh yes, you have plenty of time! Plus, traveling around means you get to see where you might like to settle down in.

[ When King comes into view, Fluttershy claps her hands together. ]

Oh goodness, look at you! You've evolved already? And you guys won a badge? That's so wonderful, congratulations!

[ King does a little happy dance on screen, swaying back and forth. He's so excited! ]

Seto's really smart! We're doing fine.

[ And then Seto cuts back in. ]

...hm. Since that daycare's on an island, you'll be watching Pokémon whose trainers will be on vacation?

Oh that's good! I'm glad to hear that.

Yes, partly. The Daycare is for trainers dropping off their Pokemon for a little extra care, and for injured wild Pokemon that need some healing and rehabilitation.

That sounds like a great place to settle down at. I still haven’t decided on where to settle down at the moment, but I do have time to think about in the meantime.

(Meanwhile Ron and Godric poked their heads up on the frame in sheer eagerness, wanting to say hello to the nice lady.)

Did you say speaking to animals? That sounds like a cool ability.

Oh, there's no rush to decide. It helps getting to see everything before making a choice of settling down somewhere.

[ She giggles a little when the Pokemon peek into frame, and she offers them a wave and a smile. ]

That is good to hear. I have been travelling around for a while now since leaving Cherrygrove City a few weeks ago, so maybe I will find something I will come to love to stay at it during this time.

(Godric happily wags his tail in joy upon getting Fluttershy’s response, he is very excited to learn new things from other Trainers. Meanwhile Ron cheerfully yips in amazement.)

Oh goody! That is pretty neat. Getting to speak with animals and Pokémon is a lot of fun!

I'm sure you will! There are a lot of nice places here, and there's also another region that might have a place that you'd like.

[ Fluttershy giggles softly. ] Oh yes, it is a lot of fun. I'm glad to be able to get to talk to you.

Thank you so much! I've only been to the islands once, but even while I was traveling around Johto I hoped to go back.

[Ah, Allura's mind flashes back to Fluttershy's excitement about the Day Care at the Christmas/Grogory Day party and can't help but smile. It's a while before she responds, though, because she has to confer with some people...]

Greetings, Fluttershy. I saw your broadcast about your plans to move to Four Island, and I think that's a fantastic idea. [Still, she can't help a little sadness creeping into her smile.] If you'd like, we have plenty of rooms available in our beach house... especially now. I already spoke with Shiro and the others, and they said it would be all right.

Oh...that's very kind of you all to offer, but are you sure? I know some of those rooms had belonged to friends of yours.

We're sure. Plus there are a few rooms that haven't belonged to friends of ours, if that would make you more comfortable.

[Seriously, it's a decently big house.]

[Ruby is happy to explain! "Hi! I heard about Radley and his love for us Eevees, and I was determined to be his! So I asked around and found his home and went in! I wanted to make a big impression!"]

[ Fluttershy nods, more than happy to help, though can't help a soft giggle as the Eevee explains. ] Apparently she'd heard how much you love Eevees, so she wanted to be part of your team. And she wanted to make a big impression.

I've heard a little about the Sevii Islands! That's where a lot of the non-native gyms are, right?

And I think the Daycare job will be perfect for you. Is there places to live on Island Four or is it just soley for the Daycare?

Yes, I believe so. I think people who have beaten the gym challenges both here and in Kanto, as well as beaten the Elite Four, can establish their own gyms over there?

Thank you! I'm really excited, I hope they'll let me work there. I know some people have homes on the island, so I would just need to find a place where I can stay.

It's crazy to think people have done all of that but I guess if you're stuck here for a long time, it makes sense. I hope I'm able to someday.

And I'm sure they will! They'd be fools not to.

Do you happen to know anyone out that way you could stay with while you get established?

The islands are really awesome! I've lived here for years. And you're really smart coming after summer's done, there's not as many tourists to worry about.

Oh gosh, I hadn't even thought about how crowded the islands must get during the summer. I'm glad I'll be missing them. Trying to settle down with so many tourists would be difficult, I think.

[ At least it would be for her. ]

But I am excited! Do you live on Island Four as well, or a different one?

And I'm on Three, I'm a ranger here. I guide nature walks and give snorkeling lessons and take people fishing and do lifeguard duty for the beach. We have a really cool hotel here! And a great aquarium. I have a little house on the beach - it used to be a fishing shack, but it came with the job and it was pretty easy to convert into a little house.

[ That is...unlikely, though. ]

Oh yes, it's wonderful! I love getting to know animals and Pokemon, and seeing how they're unique even amongst the rest of their species. Of course, people don't necessarily need to be able to understand Pokemon the way I do in order to understand how they're feeling.
