I'm not usually one to jump to conclusions about things but uh. That is actually really suspicious. Incredibly suspicious.

I talked to a guy here once who had gotten kidnapped by Team Rocket. He was like us, got brought to this plane, I mean. But instead of waking up in that house with that weird lady calling herself mom, he woke up with Team Rocket.

He went to the Jennies about it, and they just ignored it.

Which, if that was the only thing, I might've written off as them just being ineffectual or lazy. But with all the other stuff, the clues really start adding up towards one thing.
