[Imagine, if you will, a link to a list of teething toys designed for the pokemon like Chewtle, Sharpedo, Gible and the like.]
That is... you were asking for pokemon teething toys, right?
You probably shouldn't use them with actual human children.

I have no inclination to raise human children so yes it is a pokemon
Until it can use its psychic powers appropriately it has taken to mouthing everything to discover what it is
no subject
Which pokemon is it that you are raising? I haven't heard of any Psychic types that go through teething phases, but then, I never actually owned one myself.

His feathers will be useful for that at least
[ As a response, he sends Armin a few phone camera photos of a juvenile Veluza usually with its teeth clamped around something or other, never the same thing twice. It is usually in a pond or lake of some kind, but it seems to have no problems straying from the water if it finds something it wants to gnaw one. ]
Most of them are well behaved but this one is too young and enthusiastic to be properly instructed yet

[Naeva pauses for a long moment.]
Long, thick rope and silvervine, if you haven't bones to spare.
no subject
Small and fragile
Not much use for teething. For treats maybe
I will try the rope
I do not know what silvervine is

Are we sure it's teething and this isn't a permanent state of being for this pokemon? Many animals need to chew on things their entire lives.

What kind of animal are we talking about? I used to have a dog so maybe I can help.

Not limited to water
[ He clearly seems to think that's pretty self-explanatory. ]

If we're talking a Totodile or a Deino, you'll want something sturdy. Gourds. Unripened fruit. Maybe a rock if you're looking for something really sturdy.
Looks like some people mentioned toys. Could see what the local shops have. There's gotta be a market for that kind of thing.

[ He's looking up those Pokemon...yeah this is actually good advice. ] Gourds may be suitable
It may lose interest entirely if it cannot sink teeth into it
And the heavier ones will make sure it tires itself out
I have seen some
But this is the first time I have had a newborn creature with sharp teeth and no other outlets of indulging its curiosity so I did not pay too much attention

Maybe ask the Pokemon Center? They're probably used to newborn patients. And if they can't recommend teething toys, they might be able to prescribe something to make it a little smoother.
That's probably less ideal, though.
