sixth spell (text: missing friend)

(Harry is trying to hold back tears as he finds himself sending out a post on the network about the most devastating departure of a friend to date. This is coming in after Hermione’s disappearance which has left him with 4 Pokémon of hers to look after and raise now and him feeling rather heartbroken.)

Hermione Granger is now gone from this world. I just went to her room a while ago only to find it mostly empty. She is one of the best people I have ever known in my world and one of my best friends; it is going to be hard not to have her around everyday. Also she has left some Pokémon for some to look after and I happen to have 4 to take care in her absence. I am very sorry if this happened so soon.

If you have met her at some point and/or have been friends with her for a long while, she has also left some Pokémon for you as well. Hopefully she is going to be alright at home.

(OOC: So Hermione has sadly left this world and Harry as her best friend has been totally devastated by her disappearance. There is also a list of Pokémon she has passed onto a couple of people so far, Harry included. Please excuse him while he is about to cry his eyes out over a friend leaving this world (for now).)

( with the meeting place in mind, amaterasu heads toward the pokecenter and waits for the young man to arrive. she's petite with striking blue hair wearing the outfit the world here provided her with ( albeit in red/gold. ) she'll be in the corner looking at the magazines on the rack while she waits for him to arrive. )

(It is not hard for Harry to find Amaterasu among the crowd as he enters the Pokémon Center, being seeing her blue hair as she looks at the magazines on the rack. Lily and Rowan are with him since they want to get out of the Pokéballs for a few hours.)

( amaterasu isn't familiar with decidueyes but they're both rather interesting looking. as for herself, there's a small fennekin at her side which trills when harry approaches to alert her trainer to the newcomer.

the deity turns and smiles not quite as brightly as she normally might given the circumstances for them meeting. she lifts her hands with the basket within them and offers it to him. )

Hello, Amaterasu didn't get your name, sorry!, but Amaterasu has made you some delicious treats that hopefully help you feel better.

Oh, that’s okay. I forgot to mention my name a while ago. My name is Harry, just Harry will be fine. And thank you very for the treats, I appreciate them a lot and I think that I would like to share with my team as well.

Thanks Amaterasu. Losing a friend in this world has been pretty tough on me. The two of us have been friends for a long time, though she seem to have come from my past and had stayed in here longer than I do. Um sadly I didn’t got to have either one before but I would love to try them out

Aww, that is very sweet of your Fennekin wanting to say hi to Lily and Rowan. They are among the Pokémon I have been with for the longest.

Amaterasu hasn't been here long enough to have that kind of relationship but it would be hard to have someone from home here, and lose them. I am told that "time heals" and perhaps it will, but, it's okay to be sad at first. Amaterasu just hopes to help at least a little.

( she thinks about offering the guy a hug but they certainly don't know each other that well. so she gives him a sympathetic smile to him instead. )

Well, these are traditional Japanese meals and Amaterasu has begun eating them more often now that food is a necessity. Hope that you enjoy them!

( she watches the pokemon delight in one another and get somewhat acquainted. )

(He is feeling not his best right now but he is trying not to let his usually fragile emotional state ruin his day even further as he picks up an onigiri.)

Excellent, they sure look really delicious. This is going to be very fun exploring new cultures and cuisines I never thought of experiencing before.

(The two Decidueyes happily chirp as they both turn around and bow to Amaterasu. Lily, the Hisuian one, does so with grace and elegance while Rowan is a little more clumsy though he thankfully didn’t mess it up in front of her.)

( she can understand the fragility in situations like this. amaterasu isn't oblivious to the suffering of others having seen it so much with her people; but she's accustomed to trying to help them and hopes that she does so with harry at least a little bit. )

( both decidueyes are just beautiful and the bowing is very charming ( of both of them! ) amaterasu is somewhat accustomed to being bowed to ( being a deity in her world ) and she nods her head in recognition as "baby fenrir," the fennekin, lowers herself to playfully bow given that she isn't trained in that manner ( yet! ) amaterasu chuckles at it. )

They are very regal! Your pokemon are both very beautiful too. Thank you for letting me meet them.

Oh gee, why thanks. You could say that I have a great admiration for owls which might explain why my two starters ended up being owls. They sure have a way to make their presence as present as possible.

(Both Decidueyes chuckle and blush upon hearing it from their trainers. Lily takes great pride in getting good compliments from Harry and Rowan doesn’t mind them so much: he really enjoys them just as much as the rest of the team.

Harry then digs into the onigiri, taking his sweet time savoring the delicious treat in his mouth before swallowing it down. At the end of the first bite, his smile grows even bigger than when he had first posted the text on the network.)

Wow! These onigiri really taste that good. I’m really impressed and love them so much.

Owls are very wise, so, you have made a good choice for starters! They're surely just as wise as the ones Amaterasu has met.

( she smiles at the reactions of the decidueyes and chuckles lightly. they both have rather cute personalities to them! amaterasu is happy that he seems to like the snack and her smile broadens too. )

Awww, that is very sweet of you, Amaterasu. Thanks. I appreciate them and the kind words very much. You can even say that owls do have a special place in my heart, I used to have one in my world. She is no longer around but she still remains in my heart.

Oh wow! Amaterasu has seen them in passing while napping in the woods sometimes, but, Amaterasu doesn't really know anyone who's kept one as a pet before. Noa likes birds but they never seem to be much bigger than doves. What kind of owl did you have?

She happened to be a snowy owl. A friend gave her to me as a gift a long time ago as a child and she has been with me for years. Regal, loyal, intelligent would be some of the words that can best describe her.

My owl friend is also an excellent hunter so she would often find her own food without any trouble.

That's so lovely! Snowy owls are some of the most charming that Amaterasu has ever happened to lay eyes on. They are wonderful so it must have been such a great gift to receive. Your friend must have known you well to pick out an owl for you!

Owls are very independent, so, that is not a surprise. They are hunters by nature! Beautiful creatures, though.

Oh I agree. He was really smart enough to have us meet each other. He was a big lover for animals and mythical creatures that live in my world so he does know a lot about them for sure owls included.

And yes, they are very amazing beautiful birds too. I wish that I could get to let her meet you, your Fennekin and my team someday. It would be a very wonderful meeting.

Yep, her certainly knows his way around with mythical creatures. And I do think that he would make for a great Pokémon Breeder or even a Pokémon Caretaker if ever he does show up.

Oh yes, that would be a really great idea. I happen to have other Pokémon besides Lily and Rowan, so maybe I can bring out some of them so they can meet you and your team. I got four more Pokéballs with me at the moment.

(Boy he sure does miss Hagrid quite a lot. Harry hopes that he will might show up in Jotho someday. He then brings out four more Pokéballs from his rucksack, readying to bring out the rest of the team he decided to bring with him today.)

(Harry soon tosses the balls into the air, causing beams of energy to come out of them, revealing a Espeon, a Pikachu, a Finizen and a Snorunt.)

( amaterasu retrieves the only other pokeball that she has on hand and presses the center button to release a bounsweet who trills and bounces about happily. )

Your creatures are so interesting, Amaterasu hasn't seen any of these yet!

Why thanks. I have quite a wide variety of types and Pokémon under my care: it can be tricky at times but I’m able to get everyone to get along with each other. For some reason I seem to have plenty of Psychic Pokémon since I got some of my friend’s Pokémon.

(His Pokémon happily go to play with Fenrir and Idun as their trainers continue to talk.)

As for the species, Ginny happens to be from a new species of Pokémon from another region while everyone else have theirs been known for a long time by now. The Finizens are very energetic and playful as a species, they do remind me of dolphins from my world though I was never able to see one personally until Ginny hatched.

That is a sign of a good carer to be sure! Amaterasu hopes that the pokemon in my care will also get along with each other. The two I have already appear to be very close friends. That might be what happens when there are only two though.

( she smiles to the pokemon playing with one another. )

Amaterasu is most impressed that the dolphin-pokemon is able to be without water. It is amazing what some of these creatures can do. Your pokemon all look very well loved. You should be proud.

(Ginny is squeaking as she happily waves at Amaterasu and her team. The little Finizen is very excited to meet new people and, yes, she can float in the air. By now Harry has given up questioning that and has to deal with it a lot.)

Yeah Ginny is somehow able to float in the air whenever she is not swimming in the water. I guess some Pokémon are capable of being able to do plenty of amazing things if even it did baffled me initially.

( amaterasu is only too happy to wave back to the finizen, ginny and smiles brightly to her. the pokemon she's collected; baby fenrir the fennekin and idun the bounsweet both delight in trilling their own hellos to the dolphin-type pokemon. )

Amaterasu supposes this world must have some kind of magic to it if the creatures can do such amazing things. Amaterasu remembers what it's like to have magic, so, it's nice to see that at least someone can use it here, even if I'm not able to anymore.
