Oh look, these little guys don’t look too terrifying at a lot. I think that they are pretty cute for such a feisty new Pokémon species.

(Isabela is seen on the video feed as she takes a good look on a pack of strange looking plant like Pokémon with short stubby limbs and something resembling eggshells on their heads walking about terrorizing folks of Azalea Town by letting the spiciness on their leaves to get to them. Antonio the Ponyta’s whining can be hear as he stares at the ongoing chaos on the streets. How on earth is this even possible for these walking chili pepper plants to run around freely and giving people fits while Isabela has not fallen into their defense mechanisms besides being a major plant nerd? Yes, she is probably well aware of how much trouble chili peppers can be to people’s stomachs and eyes but she chooses not to disclose it just yet.

Meanwhile, the Slowpoke in Azalea are not harmed by any means by these new Pokémon and their older brethren, a group of big two headed walking chili peppers, at all. It appears that even these spicy peppers seem to respect this unspoken golden rule of not harming Slowpokes in this town. This woman is clearly too enamored by their appearance that she may not be aware of the dangers of being so close to them.)

I haven’t seen any of these guys before and, oh my goodness, aren’t they such lovely creatures. My PokéGear’s dex said that they are part Grass and part Fire type and may have roots in a region called Paldea. That’s also where Amanratha and Veria’s kin come from too. I also like to point out that Grass/Fire is not a common type combination from what I have noticed but I would love to see a pretty unique species for myself so badly that I can’t resist the opportunity to see this swarm in action today. Come to think of it, I might want to catch one of these feisty little guys for my team.

(Uh oh, Isabela please! This is a very ‘bad’ idea. Can somebody try to convince her to not catch a feisty chili pepper Pokémon in the middle of a very hot day? Spoiler alert: she is most likely going to ignore any advice or warning just to add in the grass Mon side of her team.)

Oh gee, I could imagine that it must have been quite chaotic during the time with the birds being understandably in rage. Thankfully the most recent Prom did ended in a much calmer ending and not near where the birds live in. For a moment, I must have worried for my sisters’ safety since they have been in this world much longer than I do.

It sure was. I was surprised this year's Prom went so well. I've heard horror stories all along that they always go sour.

They were fine. They were both with Articuno too, come to think of it.

Yeah me too. I was expecting to come to Prom and witness some chaos brewing from within, but I was amazed by how smoothly this year’s Prom went. Pretty rare occurrence, I guess.

Phew, that’s good to know.

[crystalmaster]

It sounds like it was. Maybe everybody's guard will be down next year and then everything will blow up again like usual.

Yeah.

Well then I will be on be very careful and high alert if ever something bizarre does show up. Wouldn’t like the idea of being caught off guard all the sudden without being fully prepared for anything.

Yeah, I don't either. It's hard to prepare for the weirdness that happens around here, though.

Oh yeah, they are just that hard to avoid. Me and my team kept being dropped into random places in the worst timing possible in the most recent weird weekends. That got very annoying very quickly.

[crystalmaster]

That is really annoying. It happened to me a couple of times, but mostly people kept being dropped into my house.

[senorita_perfecta]

Oh dear. It must have been very crowded and a tight squeeze when people suddenly drop into one’s house during the weird weekend. And I thought living inside one big magical house with my family is a big example of that. I just hope that Luisa was alright at the time. Were the people who landed in your house okay though?

[crystalmaster]

Luckily, it wasn't all at once. And yeah, they were fine, just frustrated. I'm not sure what Luisa was up to that weekend.

Hm I might need to check with her to see what sort of chaos she got entangled with during that time. Maybe she can explain it to me in depth and how her weekend at the time went.

Yeah, that's a great idea. I know she'd love to hear from you.

[He's not sure how often she gets to check in with Luisa since she's traveling around a lot.]

Why off course, I should make it a common thing to do at least every few days. One day I will hopefully make my way to Olivine City soon and meet up with her there. I think that she could use some company since Mirabel left and we’re still trying to move on from it.

[crystalmaster]

I know it would mean a lot to her. I do what I can, but I don't have the Warp for Olivine and I can't get up there easily.

[senorita_perfecta]

Yeah I’m pretty sure that she will appreciate it a lot. It might take me a long while to get to Olivine with several miles to cover right now but I’ll be more than happy to travel to the city for her.

[crystalmaster]

That's great. If I was still traveling, I would have the Warp for Olivine. I was sick of camping out and wanted to put down roots when I got to Goldenrod City. Now I have a pretty successful business and it's not so easy to get away much.

[senorita_perfecta]

That’s great to know. I already thought that not everyone is not for traveling for long distances or have plans to do gym battles for a good while now. I’m really glad that you have found great success running business in Goldenrod.

[crystalmaster]

Yeah, it's good there's other options for people who don't want those paths.

[His Pokemon chorus happily. They love the business too!]

It is always great to have those options open. As long as there are plenty of ways we can make our path in here, it’s always a great thing to see more diversity in career paths being taken.

Yeah, I agree. So far it seems like there's been something each person likes.

I agree too. So many opportunities out there for us to explore and do. I wonder if it is also possible for one to be an expert on learning more about a certain Pokémon type. As if my interest on botany is of any indication.

[crystalmaster]

I'd think that would be possible. Maybe you can ask a Nurse Joy or the Pokemon Professor about opportunities like that?

Hm that sounds like a great idea. I might need to check with the Nurse Joy in Azalea Town to see if I can get in contact with any of the Pokémon Professors including the one in Jotho and see if I can get these types of opportunities.

What’s the man’s last name: it is Elm, right?

Sounds like a plan.

Yeah, I think so. I haven't ever really associated with him.

Thanks. Glad to hear it form you, Radley. I’m going to meet up with her as soon as I can find a way to catch one of those pepper Pokémons without getting in their path of madness. Perhaps she does have Elm’s contact number so I can try to call him from the Pokémon Center.
