Third Bloom (video; forward date to 7/23)
Oh look, these little guys don’t look too terrifying at a lot. I think that they are pretty cute for such a feisty new Pokémon species.
(Isabela is seen on the video feed as she takes a good look on a pack of strange looking plant like Pokémon with short stubby limbs and something resembling eggshells on their heads walking about terrorizing folks of Azalea Town by letting the spiciness on their leaves to get to them. Antonio the Ponyta’s whining can be hear as he stares at the ongoing chaos on the streets. How on earth is this even possible for these walking chili pepper plants to run around freely and giving people fits while Isabela has not fallen into their defense mechanisms besides being a major plant nerd? Yes, she is probably well aware of how much trouble chili peppers can be to people’s stomachs and eyes but she chooses not to disclose it just yet.
Meanwhile, the Slowpoke in Azalea are not harmed by any means by these new Pokémon and their older brethren, a group of big two headed walking chili peppers, at all. It appears that even these spicy peppers seem to respect this unspoken golden rule of not harming Slowpokes in this town. This woman is clearly too enamored by their appearance that she may not be aware of the dangers of being so close to them.)
I haven’t seen any of these guys before and, oh my goodness, aren’t they such lovely creatures. My PokéGear’s dex said that they are part Grass and part Fire type and may have roots in a region called Paldea. That’s also where Amanratha and Veria’s kin come from too. I also like to point out that Grass/Fire is not a common type combination from what I have noticed but I would love to see a pretty unique species for myself so badly that I can’t resist the opportunity to see this swarm in action today. Come to think of it, I might want to catch one of these feisty little guys for my team.
(Uh oh, Isabela please! This is a very ‘bad’ idea. Can somebody try to convince her to not catch a feisty chili pepper Pokémon in the middle of a very hot day? Spoiler alert: she is most likely going to ignore any advice or warning just to add in the grass Mon side of her team.)

Really? You like them? They've been hanging around my place and any of my customers who come in contact with them seem to be blowing up in aggravation. I've had to break up several fights.
[He just wants them gone. Now.]

(Oh dear, she can’t be this crazy to catch this particular species, right? Even Antonio neighs in dismay about the idea too, like why risk your sanity and temperament for a chili pepper? Sorry but Isa just really likes many of her plants and Grass Pokémon very unusual and strange.)
They have been spotted near your place as well? That is very curious, I didn’t know that they have been spotted in a lot of places n Jotho so far. But I have seen some folks in Azalea acting unusually aggressive as well whenever they run into them. Somehow they didn’t go after the Slowpoke though.

["Vee-vee-vee!" says Evie. She just wants to make friends!]

And I thought that the seemingly eyeless bats I found in the tunnels during the Legendary hunts were that unusually weird and peculiar.
no subject
Zubats?
[Radley isn't much a fan of them, finding them creepy. He's not terribly fond of their first evolution either. He's okay with their final form.]
no subject
Oh that’s what they’re called? Yeah those bats are clearly different from Félix’s kind. They must have thought that I’m the scary one when I fell into the chamber they resided in.
no subject
[And that having one won't cause too much trouble for anyone coming in contact.]
They probably did, yeah. We are the intruders at that when that sort of thing happens, but in your case it sounds like it was an accident.

video;
Be very careful if you try and catch one. They're a difficult Pokemon.

I have one. She was my Christmas egg.
Do you want to see her?
[As in, do you want to see the horror you're inviting into your life?]
no subject
(Poor Antonio would be neighing in concern. The poor Ponyta is pretty much very concerned for his Trainer’s sanity.)

Spicy? Spicy, come here, someone wants to meet you.
[A moment of silence, then a sudden torrent of squeaks and cackles from the other side of the camera. Mando jolts, nearly falling off his chair; seconds later, a Scovillain climbs up onto his shoulder and glares with both heads at the camera. She looks over Isabela, then says something extremely rude in Pokemon language and uses both leafy stub arms to make a crass gesture.]
[Mando sighs.]
Thank you, Spicy. Go bother someone else now.
no subject
Antonio could have fainted instantly the moment he hears her saying some rude stuff.)
Hi Spicy, it is very nice to meet you. I think that you look simply amazing.

My dashing knight in armor has one. It's... rather a pain, if I am being honest.

Perhaps you'll do well with it, regardless of the warnings. But, should you wish for more detailed information, the Mandalorian could provide it. He's quite approachable, in that lovely helmet of his.
no subject
I hope that I will be able to do it right, sir. I do believe that the Mandalorian had actually has contacted me earlier and got to introduce me to one.
no subject
[If he was in his
dogcanine form, his ears would have perked.]Ah, please. "Sir" is hardly necessary. I am Shadowmaru. And it is a pleasure to meet you.
no subject
Ah okay. Good to meet you as well, Shadowmaru. My name is Isabela.
